I have had my cat registered at Companion Care Huddersfield since 2012 - 10yrs now.
After an awful incident the vets/ nurses & receptionist were nothing short of excellent, providing the necessary care on short notice for my fat cat.
I am still laughing about the "haircut" the cat got.

Never run on time. I've been several times to take my pets often in quite distressing circumstances, and they are always running at least ten to fifteen minutes late. Have learned to book an appointment and not to be seen for a quarter of an hour after the appointment time.

Unhappy with service head vet would not comment on our dogs situation that his collegue had dealt with and we were told our dog had a tumor but there was no evidence to support this then when we took her back we were told that they didnt know as evidence was inconclusive they were quick enough to charge us though would never use this vets again

Disgusted! Whilst on holiday my elderly pet chicken became very Ill. I rang Companion Care Huddersfield, to ask for advise and decided the best thing was to have her put to sleep. I was quoted a cost of £38. My teenage children then took her to them but were charged £56.65 and told that she was bigger than they thought! (she is a standard size ginger chicken).
My children were too upset to argue and they took advantage of the situation........
Surely when your quoted a price, they should stick to it...... How difficult is it to inject a Chicken, especially one so tame......

I have had my cat registered at Companion Care Huddersfield since 2012 - 10yrs now.
After an awful incident the vets/ nurses & receptionist were nothing short of excellent, providing the necessary care on short notice for my fat cat.
I am still laughing about the "haircut" the cat got.
