I cannot praise everyone at vets4pets enough. From Angela, in reception whose kindness and friendliness is second to none, to the whole team who care for our beloved pet family members.
Last week, after much heartbreak, we had to make the decision to put our much loved cat, Freddy, to sleep.
The vet had fought long and hard to keep Freddy alive, monthly treatments gave him an extra 14 months of a happy pain free life, worth living. It also gave us an extra time to love him and have him in our lives. Sadly, he deteriorated suddenly
Like all pet owners I dreaded that final farewell. Nine years of him being a part of our family was ending.
The vet was so kind! Distraught as I was, sobbing as I was, I was with him at the end and I cannot speak highly enough of how the procedure was made gentle and bearable due to the vet. Freddy now lies in a special place in the garden
I feel sad to see negative reviews. Vets4pets has been our vets for years, looking after not only Freddy but our other cat Frankie and I for one will continue to entrust Frankie into their care as and when needed. Because I know, I have experienced, their professionalism in pet care combined with breathtaking kindness.

They are horrific. One called Teresa is more like a trainee and doesn't seem to know anything. Literally goes to ask another vet for info everytime and even gave wrong information! They often lie, don't read the records and not listen to anything you say. They clearly just care about the money and string you along for as long as possible for maximum profits...

Was reasonable when I lived in the area.
Since I moved away and so had to swap to a different Vets4Pets, I have had no end of trouble with this practice.
My cats have had surgery which I have then c...

Since I moved away and so had to swap to a different Vets4Pets, I have had no end of trouble with this practice.
My cats have had surgery which I have then claimed for, except that the insurance company needs the full medical records dating back several years.
New Hey Road Vets4Pets have refused to pass these details to my insurers. My new suregery has called them to ask. The insurance has called to ask. I have called to ask. Each time, this practice has refused to send the details on.
If you might move elsewhere and have to change vet practice, don’t use this lot. Go further afield - it’s not worth the hassle and monetary loss to go here.

We had a bit of an emergency. So we called in on the off chance, although they seemed pretty busy we were seen within 30 mins. Premises were very clean and presentable. One if the reception staff was very helpful but the other was constantly on the phone. Although not usually a problem. He asked the same questions in the same dreary voice..don't mean to be sexist. .but women are so much better at getting the mist out of people on the phone. Sorry just my opinion.

I've never felt so judged and patronised visiting this vets today. The vets should be the least place you're judged with your dog. You'd think I had a pitbull.

I cannot praise everyone at vets4pets enough. From Angela, in reception whose kindness and friendliness is second to none, to the whole team who care for our beloved pet family members.

One if the reception staff was very helpful but the other was constantly on the phone. Although not usually a problem. He asked the same questions in the same dreary voice..don't mean to be sexist. .but women are so much better at getting the mist out of people on the phone. Sorry just my opinion.
