I had to take my 2 old dogs (Rosie 16 and Sid 12) into Holly House for a follow up on blood tests. Thank you to Ellie our vet who explained all the results in a way that a layman like me could understand. I came away from the consult feeling very happy at how well my dogs are being treated and cared for. All the staff at Holly House are very friendly and extremely helpful.

Inexperienced vets and lack of knowledge I feel put my dogs life at risk. The vets are polite but only OK for routine check ups and vaccinations but very poor for older or severely ill pets. I would not recommend you take a seriously ill pet to this surgery. I will be filing an official complaint - will update as to any response. -

We have two cocker spaniels and have found My Vets to be very helpful, friendly, professional and so easy to talk to. The appointment system means there is not a crowded waiting room which can be upsetting for pets. I can highly recommend this practice.

I had to take my 2 old dogs (Rosie 16 and Sid 12) into Holly House for a follow up on blood tests. Thank you to Ellie our vet who explained all the results in a way that a layman like me could understand. I came away from the consult feeling very happy at how well my dogs are being treated and cared for. All the staff at Holly House are very friendly and extremely helpful.

Inexperienced vets and lack of knowledge I feel put my dogs life at risk. The vets are polite but only OK for routine check ups and vaccinations but very poor for older or severely ill pets. I would not recommend you take a seriously ill pet to this surgery. I will be filing an official complaint - will update as to any response. -

We have two cocker spaniels and have found My Vets to be very helpful, friendly, professional and so easy to talk to. The appointment system means there is not a crowded waiting room which can be upsetting for pets. I can highly recommend this practice.
