The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the vets are amazingly knowledgable and always handle all the animals we bring with kindness. Easy to book appointments and I've always got in on the same day when needed. Don't have a bad word to say - good value for money, I've never had to pay for an appointment, only for the treatments.
