Very money driven like to charge you for unnessesery procedures for example I took my dog in for the "snip" they did it and charged me for a scale and polish on top

Even though my Cat doesn't like the Vets, I am very pleased with the Service @ Vets4pets, Birstall. The Practice is on the first floor inside the Pets at Home store. The reception staff are smiley and welcoming and the seating area, although open, is clean with relevant leaflets and information freely available. I don't have to wait long to make an appointment or when I visit for an appointment. This Vets4pets is now open 24/7 which is good to know if anything is happen to my pet outside store opening times. The Vet was very kind, gentle, listened to my concerns and gave clear advice. Overall I caring Practice :)

Highly satisfied always there to help and go out of their way. We recently had our cat put to sleep here and the vet jo was fantastic with us. Can’t recommend them enough.

Take.both dog and cat here for years. Staff are friendly and all clearly animal lovers, not one bad thing to say in 20+ visits!
Great in an emergency too, puppy had eaten something poisonous and they were fantastic, same when said puppy also got a lump on her leg. Even after lots of poking and prodding the crazy dog still enjoys going to see the vets and eats tablets as treats - all thanks to the nice staff.

I had an excellent experience at this practice. The vets and nurses are excellent and really care for my pets well being. They really made my dog Bruno feel at ease and he's no longer nervous of visiting any of them.
I am so thankful to have found a practice I can trust for the long term.

I can't praise this place enough. My puppy has had a few problems and everytime we go in they make a huge fuss of him and they seem so happy to see him. When he's had to stay in and I've called to che...
I can't praise this place enough. My puppy has had a few problems and everytime we go in they make a huge fuss of him and they seem so happy to see him. When he's had to stay in and I've called to check up he's always having a cuddle with one of the nurses. I wouldn't trust any other surgery with him.

Even though my Cat doesn't like the Vets, I am very pleased with the Service @ Vets4pets, Birstall. The Practice is on the first floor inside the Pets at Home store. The reception staff are smiley and welcoming and the seating area, although open, is clean with relevant leaflets and information freely available. I can't praise this place enough. My puppy has had a few problems and everytime we go in they make a huge fuss of him and they seem so happy to see him.
