Took my german shepherd for spading this morning 3/7/2021 only to walk out with her 20 mins later, phoned over a week ago to book her in as was the cheapest vet,I informed the receptionist that she was a guard dog so was nasty and would need a muzzle, she said that's fine she will get sedated and muzzled,I was told £280 was the full price,I asked on more than one occasion if that it was that price was and no jump up in price and was told no apart from an extra £15 for a cone to stop her from licking the wound if we wanted. Turned up today to be told £412 cos of extra care and sedation...this isn't the first time this has happened to another family member at this vets, pure greed on there part,I will not be using this vets nomore and will be letting everyone I know with pets not to use this vets. Took our puppy with a poorly leg, he is anxious and nervous around new people, the vets were brilliant with him. Excellent advice, fabulous service. I don't have a bad thing to say. I'd suggest maybe a quiet room for less sociable dogs, puppy was petrified at the noise that arose from one dog that was barking and snarling at everyone that came in, quite stressful. Would still recommend for service and will continue to use :-)Read Less
