No I would not. had to have my lab pup put to sleep at 15 weeks old. many trips to the sowerby bridge one, she was jabbed countless amoubt of times, stuff up her bum multiple times, wrong dose of antibiotics given.. The vet then mentioned Ectopic ureter... The additional member off staff added hes never seen a dog wired up like that... and to find out she was born with small kidneys nothing to do with Ectopic ureter she never leaked urine... nothing of the kind what they was saying... They had written wrong information on the notes insurance wouldn't touch me. had this rectified after a battle but it was too late.... the vet whom did the notes wrong mysterisously went on the sick... and then we was left in a grands worth of debt. I couldn't afford the £200 a month and tried to come to some arrangement of £50 ( for now as Ive transferred area of work ) to be told " It needs paying in 6 month " By Karen... I said I find it offensive and rude especially when Id not heard back from my first complaint!!! dont go near... the only nice thing is the receptionists at the sowerby bridge... weve payed lots already.. absolutely shocking services. Reading the rest of the reviews for summerset road on FB there they are quick the put animals down. This was months of dragged out pain for us and our pup! Read Less

I went to Donaldson’s because when I needed a vet I had excellent recommendations from people I trust saying they were the best. I was not disappointed. What lovely friendly staff. My very scared little cat was seen and treated with extreme care minimal upset to her. I will now be another very happy customer that will be singing their praises to the hilt from here on in.
