The staff and vets are very helpful and explained everything very clearly to me, but the treatment is expensive and I had to get in touch with them about my insurance claim, they said it took up to 2 ...
The staff and vets are very helpful and explained everything very clearly to me, but the treatment is expensive and I had to get in touch with them about my insurance claim, they said it took up to 2 weeks to process the claim form before it was sent to the insurance company. I found this not acceptable as I needed the money. That is why I have not given them 5 stars.

I work in a public facing role and if I gave my customers the rude, arrogant and indifferent welcome that I was given this morning I would be looking for another job. It wasn't as though they were under pressure, I was the only person in reception. I was so taken aback I almost forgot what I was called when she eventually spat out "what's your name" without any preamble or invitation to take a seat. The vet however was courteous and professional as usual.

Very good vets. But a lot of staff changes over last few months ...now a part of medi vets group. 6th April 2018 UPDATE HUGE unjustified price rises, our dog is diabetic and has been under the care of this vets for years, now Medi Vets are involved I have down rated to one star, from 4stars , All regular vets seem to have left would seems only locums now, and HUGE 30% - 50 % price increases over last bill. LOOKING FOR NEW VETS. I would now only use as a last resort.

It's immaculately clean!
Also, they are NOT money grabbing. With both my dogs there has been occasions where operations and expensive medication and tests would of been the answer for another vets.. instead both my dogs were treated. Yes with some medication. But with love and real care that took patience. On my part I'll admit but it was the better treatment although it took longer. And saved me thousands. For that i was very grateful.
Both my dogs are happy and healthy.
And most of you won't believe this but they actually love going to the vets!

This week has got to go down as the worst ever...I had to have my little dog put to sleep on monday afternoon. Thank - you to all the staff at Bartram and Patrick for their excellent service during and after this ordeal. They are so compassionate and understanding and really care for their patients and owners. Thank you especially to the young veternary assistant who took the time to get a paw print from my little pooch as I requested . You are all angels in diguise ...thank you all again x
