I am so pleased with the service at idle and Shipley vets such amazing staff. A special mention to Angus for looking after Sam u made me feel at ease and look after him so professional. A special mention to Alyson u have amazing knowledge with animals and go the extra mile so friendly and helpful and a special mention to Lawrence for all your help throughout the years when times have been hard u r always helpful. Thank you all so much would recommend idle and Shipley vets. Staff 5 stars

I just thought to inform everyone about some horrible experiences I had from this vets.
I have 3 cuts that I had on a vets plan paying £12 per cat per month and after the year passed I stopped the plan because wasn’t worth it. A month later they told me we issued you more meds than we supposed to and you owe us £79. Immediately I asked to provide me with evidence. They sent me invoices nothing with my signature or to confirm I received what they told me. Corona virus situation started so I left it till all this is over. One of my boys died on me last week I took him there and it was dead. I was in tiers and devastated and I ask for cremation and was told £130 and I said ok call my partner to pay with the card. They told my partner £130 and took £240 from that transaction for the £79 they said was outstanding (no proven) and administration fees. They always try to upsell and take more money from you but what they did specially with log down no work and on the day my cat died to do this. Is immoral unprofessional and unethical. All was started with Cath admin person who lies and she is very rude and devious. I hope you never have experience like this

Horrible service. My cat had bad infection, musle illness and she only noticed the broken leg. She did not (the doctor) even checked my cat propely and today my cat died because this vet didnot warn u...
Horrible service. My cat had bad infection, musle illness and she only noticed the broken leg. She did not (the doctor) even checked my cat propely and today my cat died because this vet didnot warn us that the kitten have inside infection of her uterus and pdsa notoced it affected her genitals and organs. This vet is horrible and I blame them for bad service and my kitten passed away because of it. See you in court.
