Our 15 year old dog Phoebe had surgery on Monday to remove her spleen and a huge tumour. She has had a few health problems recently and her vet Steve and receptionist Louise have always been friendly and interested and available when I’ve needed advice or reassurance over the phone or by email. I get prompt appointments when necessary. We thank Steve so much for saving Phoebe’s life on Monday and Louise for her kindness. Phoebe is doing really well and has no problems due to the surgery which is amazing considering her age. Thanks to a great team at this practice. Read Less

WARNING! I have had horrific experiences watching my beloved pets dying horrible deaths when euthanased by one of these vets years ago. There is something very wrong here. When an animal is put to sleep it should go peacefully. I've noticed that this particular vet still practices there. Make sure you have a witness and a nurse present if you have a pet put down. Thanks to the previous review, I have plucked up the courage to say something. Read Less

Killed my degu several years ago, tried to charge a small fortune and made my boyfriend sign a document to say we didn't hold him responsible before he lowered the bill. He used the wrong piece of equipment to do a job I hadn't asked him to do and killed him in a most painful way. Kept saying he'd be ok and his receptionist even claimed he was eating, when he wasn't. Also charged a fortune whenever he saw my dogs. I would not recommend to anyone who loves their pets. Read Less
