Unexpected visit needed whilst on holiday with our 1 year old Labrador. Managed to get an appointment within just 2 hours. Faultless experience and wonderful staff who were excellent with both the dog and our 4 year old son who was worried about his pet. Even the incredibly friendly locals in the waiting room were singing the praises of this practice and the staff. Very reasonable price too. A credit to the island. Read Less

A big building with plenty parking. We loved their opening times board on the main door, it has delightfully funny pictures of pets on it which was painted by hand. Disability access is great. The waiting room was warm, clean, tidy and cosy with plenty of informative posters about your pets needs for protection against worms, fleas, tics etc. There is a smart fish tank to sit by and watch the happy fish. The staff are warm and friendly, very helpful. You can tell they love their animals and they take great care. Well stocked with pet treats and pet foods, very good value. They kindly looked after our two pets during an emergency situation and everytime we went to visit our pets the staff have kept them very clean, fed, watered with regular clean bedding (they even got little treats). The staff will cuddle, talk and play with the pets too. A very popular place and quite right to because you can tell the staff are great animal lovers. This vet is a big credit to Isle of Lewis. I highly recommend them for your pets.Read Less
