Me and my wife took our hamster here as we were concerned with a lump she had on her chin and it was affecting her eating. The first vet charged us 20 and said he didn't have a qualified nurse with him to give our hamster anaesthetic and treat her so bring her back tomorrow. That was our first 20 wasted. We went there the next day and our hamster was looked at by another vet and charged us another 47 to remove bedding and food that she had in her cheek. When we got our hamster home she still had the lump there but we were hoping it was inflammation that would go down. That was ten days ago and now the lump on the hamsters chin is even bigger now and she still is really struggling to eat. Me and my wife called the vets today explaining that the lump was still there and we were told it's a separate issue to the first issue reported and that we would have to pay again for a consultation and treatment. We understand that they are a business who needs to make money but we feel there a limitations to this. They shouldn't NOT cure the initial problem then say on the phone "bring your hamster back again and we will look at her but charge you again. Or at the very least waiver there consultation fee and charge us for treatment. Me and my wife feel that this veterinary surgery just wants to make money and they have no compassion towards animals. We will be taking our pets and business elsewhere. Read Less
