Every Companion Care practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

We are writing this email because of a positive experience at your Chippenham branch that was very difficult for our family. This week we lost our beloved family pet Benson and we want to Praise Mario Antignani from your Chippenham store for his sensitive and honest approach to Benson. His professionalism was outstanding and he is a real asset to your company.
In our previous experience with vet practices being money focussed where you feel like just a number. Mario supported and gave advice through Benson€s final days without making us feel pressured or that we were just more money to the company. His manner and quality of work with our dog was exceptional, and his passions and enthusiasm for his work and for providing impeccable service was excellent.
We would like thank Mario deeply for his time with Benson, it made our decision slightly less painful with his reassuring professional guidance and sensitivity at this difficult time.
He is an invaluable asset to your veterinary team.
We hope to visit soon with our other animals.

I was very happy with the service provided from Companion care vets (pets at home) in chippenham and would reccomend it to any pet owner! My dog was neutered and it got infected ( due to a fault of my own taking the cone of too early ) but also his penis, ankle and stomach was swollen BUT they provided me with everything needed they even gave my dog a free test they sent off to make sure it wasnt anything more serious and provided me with all anti biotics. The main thing i loved about it is they really cared for him asked after him even when he was better. 10/10 !!!!!!!!!!! I.M

I was very happy with the service provided from Companion care vets (pets at home) in chippenham and would reccomend it to any pet owner!
