Always find them v helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Looked after our animals with the highest level of care and we owe this practice a lot.

Would give lower than 1 if I could. Had our big dog neutered here and got over charged. Over a month later they decided to call me after my other half placed a review complaining about the over chargi...
Would give lower than 1 if I could. Had our big dog neutered here and got over charged. Over a month later they decided to call me after my other half placed a review complaining about the over charging(coincidentally his review has been removed) they have credited the money to our account. So I thought okay well we will give them another chance. Booked our little dog in to be neutered but today had to call to rearrange a more suitable date. Most cheeky ill reared person in the world answered and when I asked to speak to her manager she hung up. I called back to ask for a manager but got told they leave at 3pm. I have obviously cancelled all appointments and will never be back. Absolutely shocking behaviour. My animals deserve better. Cold and rude people are not needed. Money grabbers no substance

Our cat went in on Monday for blood test, this cost 80.00 and we were told the results would be phoned through later that day, or the following day......we still await the call... tried to call oursel...
Our cat went in on Monday for blood test, this cost 80.00 and we were told the results would be phoned through later that day, or the following day......we still await the call... tried to call ourselves but still no results. They seem quick to take money, slow to provide a service. We still have no idea about the health of our pet, Monty Greenwood ....poor practice from this vetinary group.

We have been going this excellent practice since we had or first dog in 1980. We have always had first class service, without fail every vet we have seen over the years has been brilliant. We have just had a very worrying time with our cat Scampi, at one point just over a week ago we thought we were going to lose him. He came home a couple of days ago and he is doing well. We cannot thank Emma enough for all her support and help, she has telephoned a couple of times since his return to check all is ok, which has been lovely as we are a bit nervous of his after care and it has been comforting to know she'll be in touch and we can as questions. So thank you Garden Vets for all your help over the years and special thanks to Emma. Next thing, get our little dog spayed but I think we'll leave it a few weeks until Scampi has recovered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dog went in to get the snip and during the pre op consultation my other half informed them of a few issues with our dog. Went to pay today and they charged 32.50 for r...
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dog went in to get the snip and during the pre op consultation my other half informed them of a few issues with our dog. Went to pay today and they charged 32.50 for recommending a behaviourist. Be careful what you say to the vet as he will no doubt charge you extra for pointing out where the car park is.
