Very considerate of cats, waiting room is seperateted between cat corner and a doggy area which was very good as my 9 week old kitten was scared about his first trip to the vet. Very cat friendly. Very happy with lovely, friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

We visit every other week with my cat for a weight check - the nurse Karen has been amazing, looking after my puss and helpung with his car journey accidents
On our V E T visits for illness and trips for bunny vaccinations the staff have been great
Particularly noteable is the presence of small animal specialists which always makes us confident that our furry family members will get the specific care they need
Even at the end one of our bunnies lives the staff were understanding and sensitive to our loss
All round great vets :)

Appointments are quick, caring, clean, tidy separate cat and dog waiting area. Vets seem knowledgeable and they helped us out with insurance advice. Easy parking and disabled friendly.

I had to visit this practice today as my normal practice is in devizes it wasn't an easy visit either because my best friend wasn't going to come home with me I came in off the street unregistered and...
I had to visit this practice today as my normal practice is in devizes it wasn't an easy visit either because my best friend wasn't going to come home with me I came in off the street unregistered and as soon as the staff knew what I was there for I was registered in minutes and was seen by a vet with no appointment within thirty minutes I rarely seen such professionism as I have done today many thanks for all the staff concerned in helping me at this sad point in my life and the extra time you gave me and my dog

Have been using Hale for about 8 years. Never had a problem with treatment but.... Never seen the same vet twice and always, always running late no matter what time the appointment. Today it's 30mins...

I had to visit this practice today as my normal practice is in devizes it wasn't an easy visit either because my best friend wasn't going to come home with me I came in off the street unregistered and as soon as the staff knew what I was there for I was registered in minutes and was seen by a vet with no appointment within thirty minutes I rarely seen such professionism as I have done today many thanks for all the staff concerned in helping me at this sad point in my life and the extra time you gave me and my dog
