These vets have sent me a £750 bill for my 15 year old dog dying under the anesetic before the op even began. They are cruel heartless liars. Don’t go there.

We have used other vet practices in the area and I have to say this place in incomparable! Our two dogs LOVE going - which is bizarre! They are greeted by name, by Ruth and the other lovely receptionists and our vet Jenny genuinely listens to us! Quite a rarity in any medical field! In order to get the dogs used to her/the clinic, Jenny even sat on the floor and let our dogs lick her to death! This is not something that can academically be taught. These people care and I genuinely trust them implicitly with our dogs well being. Wonderful!Read Less
