They claimed that I owed them 21 quid from last year I was never contacted about and when I tried to bring my dog back i was told that I've been blocked despite my efforts to hand them any so called outstanding debts there and then. I was spoken to rudely by a very unhelpful and miserable member of staff and told to find another vet!!! I would AVOID at all costs. I have now registered at SOUTH HILL vets across town who I can fully recommend. Staff are friendly and they actually care about your animals.
