Drove has been my vets for a few years and on our sad day when we had to make the worst decision I can't praise the staff enough, from the initial phone call Emma was lovely and very supportive to the ladies that came out to my boy , he had the send of with love and compassion in his own home .And then to receive a card was very thoughtful. Absolutely disgusted with this surgery...cannot belive they were prepared to let a dog suffer in pain because we asked about a payment plan which they clearly state on the website that they do ...yet when asked about it we were told no even though we have used drove for years and always paid on time .. we were prepared to pay a lump sum so as it wasn't all on the payment plan but they just told us we should cancel the op ...obviously we weren't going to do this as we don't want the dog to suffer but clearly they aren't bothered!....I shall be registering my dog elsewhere Read Less

We've used Drove Vets for many years, and the service has been excellent. Recently our lurcher tested their skills to the max, when his gall bladder ruptured. We took our animals to the London Road vets when it was Holden and Reader and have continued since it was taken over by Drove. We have quite a few pets so we are there quite regularly. We have always found all the staff friendly, knowledgeable, caring and efficient. The care and treatment our animals get is always of the highest calibre and we would recommend them to anyone.
