Faultless service. The staff are always lovely and so helpful, especially Lisa. We take our animals here despite moving to a different town as the standard of care is so high. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The team in Melksham really know how to make customers and Pets feel welcomed and special. I moved over from another vets because I didn’t feel like my pet was valued enough during his visits and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked through the door I knew that Rex was in safe hands. The staff actually care about the animals that walk in and take the time to get to know your pets and make them feel safe in an environment that can be quite daunting for them. They have a seperate area for cats and dogs to that the animals can be more relaxed and they even had blankets to use to cover the carrier. Rex loved the attention he received and the Vet was very friendly and clear with what she was doing and why and Rex loved the cuddles and attention he was getting from her. Thank you to Emma and Tati for making the trip to Melksham worth it with their professionalism and friendliness, definitely a credit to the company. This vets surgery really know what they are doing!

Google Maps won't leave me alone and keeps asking me to review this vets' practice.
I VERY RARELY GO THERE.
However I do visit the location next door, Melksham School of Dance (with my five years old granddaughter), once a week, and unfortunately Google cannot tell the difference!! The dance school is great and manages crowds of five and six year olds very well.
That's all I have, Google.

The team in Melksham really know how to make customers and Pets feel welcomed and special. I moved over from another vets because I didn’t feel like my pet was valued enough during his visits and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked through the door I knew that Rex was in safe hands. The staff actually care about the animals that walk in and take the time to get to know your pets and make them feel safe in an environment that can be quite daunting for them. They have a seperate area for cats and dogs to that the animals can be more relaxed and they even had blankets to use to cover the carrier. Rex loved the attention he received and the Vet was very friendly and clear with what she was doing and why and Rex loved the cuddles and attention he was getting from her. I VERY RARELY GO THERE.
However I do visit the location next door, Melksham School of Dance (with my five years old granddaughter), once a week, and unfortunately Google cannot tell the difference!! The dance school is great and manages crowds of five and six year olds very well.
