An excellent veterinary practice which has given me good service for many years in the care of my dogs from puppies to older (and ailing) much loved members of the family. Excellent advice and treatment from professionals who clearly understand the relationship between people and their pets (the good and the bad aspects). The practice clearly has a great relationship with insurance companies, who have confidence and trust in the practice and therefore pay out promptly. I can't fault the quality of the service from the moment I arrive in the practice, welcomed by a friendly face at reception, through to the effective and efficient consultation. Read Less

When we arrived with our puppy summer 2015 we couldn't fault the team, so friendly and caring and his jabs and microchip were done without problem with lovely vet Anna. However as time went on lovely Anna disappeared and despite requesting her several times we were told she is now 'upstairs' or studying, this led to our puppy being seen by one very uncaring vet, a French vet who didn't seem to listen to us and, a Spanish vet that advised us to get another puppy rather then neuter our dog ?! Our puppy had several bad experiences at this vets practice including being attacked in the waiting room by another dog and being examined in such an intrusive way he went home and hid for two days, this had now led to him being so terrified of new people and hates being touched by people that he hasn't known his whole life. We have now changed vet in the hope that we can build his trust back up. I can't fault the superb reception team that were always very friendly and helpful and would bend over backwards in an emergency. The vet staff however let this place down, except lovely Anna and one other vet that saw our boy when he hurt his paw, she was very understanding and listened to us 100%.Read Less
