The receptionists and the main vets there are great. Late make that clear. Unfortunately this week I have been somewhat annoyed by locums. I’ve seen 3 vets and all said different things. My dog managed to get an ulcer on her eye and has been treated for this. The ulcer has shrunk massively and the last vet I saw (one of the usual vets) said to carry on with the gel and would see Bella later in the week. All good like last time. I’ve gone to the vets this morning and seen a locum who has contradicted the last vet I saw and went ahead and put a different product in my dogs eye before consulting me and charged me for this. I was in need of more gel for Bella and was expecting to pay for this today. But hey ho they have gone ahead and charged me for the product and said I also need the gel. We have been through this before with Bella as she is into everything, little sod, and has had to be treated for this before. This was all cleared up using the same gel and this time and this ulcer was nowhere near as bad as her last one. Also previously, I was charged £16 for them to check the eye but this time I was charged £32 for the check. Nothing consistent. I will be seeing Sandra on Saturday as I will now only see the normal vets. Your locums are annoying your customers. Read Less

I do not recommend this vets. We registered our dog for a year here, visited 3 times and each time the vet was late to see us, no valid reason such as previous visits and no apology. The physical checks were hardly ever carried out and on one occasion when our dog had been poorly for over a week the request of a blood test was deemed a waste of time. Needless to say we have changed vets. Such a shame as the hours are convenient but the service is not. After reading previous reviews our decision to change vets was confirmed as correct. Read Less

I really like this vets , I moved my dogs here after having been at another local vets for over twenty years .
