Sadly had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beloved pet dog to sleep at home. Howard came as quickly as he could and handled the process with the utmost care, sympathy and dignity. My children and I were (and are) devastated, and he made the process as easy and comfortable as we could ever have hoped for. Howard is not my usual vet - mine wasn't sure what time they could come - yet he still made us a priority and his staff were kind, efficient and helpful. Not only that, they charged half what my vet quoted! Says it all. I will be registering my other hound immediately to a Practise that is clearly committed to the care of its patients...and not their profits. Our heartfelt thanks to you all. X

They could not do enough for my lovely Staffie, Stella, when she was suffering horribly from epilepsy - they all gave her loads of care and love when she was in a terrible state from having several fits a day, and Howard explored every possibility for her treatment. Sadly had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beloved pet dog to sleep at home. Howard came as quickly as he could and handled the process with the utmost care, sympathy and dignity. My children and I were (and are) devastated, and he made the process as easy and comfortable as we could ever have hoped for. We have always received excellent service from everyone at the vets, all staff are very friendly and put you at your ease regardless of the situation. Both of our cats Henry and George have had to surgery in the past, but thanks to Howard and the rest of the team they are both happy heathy boys. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
