Really disappointed with the pushy manner of the practice manager and the lack of compassion shown to a distressed owner from the vet. Being paid was the only thing they cared about. Undertook unnecessary investigations and completely pulled the wool over our eyes.

Couldn't get me out the door fast enough, had a lamb born with a ruptured navel last night. The vet bodged it back together. Had to take it too a different local vets to actually fix the problem!! Lamb is thankfully now a lot better thanks to the other vet practice and their hard work. !!

My dogs have been with this veterinary practice for years and year, even before they were at Longmead Estate, down Bimport Street. Always had good professional advice from them and they have cared for my numerous dogs, a cat, hampsters, budgies etc over the years. They were wonderful when I almost 'lived' in the place when one of my dogs were there and I spent afternoons in his cage with him till the end on lovely sunny wednesday afternoon. Recommend the place very much.

Sadly my mum had to hv her cat put down on Friday thru ill health and as usual Longmead were fantastic in their dealings with this sad decision. Thank you Stephen. Matt is dealing with my cat's long term health issues with good advice and genuine care. Lloyd always dealt with my previous cat who adored him when she hated other vets lol. Hats off to Longmead I say, the best vets I've used for 20 years.

My dogs have been with this veterinary practice for years and year, even before they were at Longmead Estate, down Bimport Street. Always had good professional advice from them and they have cared for my numerous dogs, a cat, hampsters, budgies etc over the years.
