My beautiful red Labrador Edward, was referred to Tim Chatsworth, for what we thought was a minor proecedure to remove an abscess that would not heal!
Thanks to a specialist centre and amazing technology, he had to have intrusive surgery to remove damage to his lungs, caused by a grass seed!
Edward is making a good recovery!
The service, client and animal care at Eastcott Referrals, is second to none!
Nothing is to much trouble, I was informed all of the way about Edwards operation and his 4 night stay in CCU!
A MASSIVE thank you to Tim and all the fantastic team in ICU, for caring for our much loved dog!
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Thank you to Cats and her team on Wednesday evening the 14th March for the amazing service and support we received.
We had to rush our Jack Russell Abby in with a serious problem. unfortunately she had to be put down after receiving the scan results, the way we were handle was amazing and we thank you for all you did in making us feel comfortable.
You are all just Amazing, keep it up.

We were referred here by our vets for our dog to have a specialist operation and were pleased with the level of care she received, and the friendly, informative staff. The vets took the time to explain everything, including aftercare. Highly recommend.

We moved to Swindon, nearly 3 years ago, with an aging Black Labrador. As we had been extremely lucky with our local veterinary practice, having to find a new practice, and transport our insurance, was an anxious time. We certainly landed on our feet when we walked into Eastcott. Having registered with them, we had little contact, except for arthritis drugs, until an emergency one Sunday lunchtime. They were there, open, and we were able to drive straight to them. Reception were expecting us and Sam was seen immediately. We felt they were very thorough when examining him, and forthcoming with their thoughts and information. Everyone was friendly and approachable and although we hated leaving him there, we were comforted by their actions. Since then, after numerous visits, we simply cannot fault them and would have no reservations in recommending them to anyone. Well done all of you!

Having been very badly let down by a veterinary practice in the past, to be lucky enough to have the team at Eastcott Vets with their wide range of skills in every aspect of veterinary care, is beyond price. From the reception staff booking you in, to the detailed and patient consultations, I have never felt rushed, always been welcomed, questions are answered and explanations given and you always know that the staff consider the best interests of the animal first and foremost. Thank you all guys. You have got it right Eastcott!

A little upset as was asked to bring my dog in to get speyed at 08.15 and she still hadn't gone in for her procedure at 14.30! . My poor dog was sat in a cage all day after not eating since the day before and eventually we were able to collect her at 6pm. Reason given was that they had a dog being speyed before her and instruments had to be resterilised ? Really ? This was a routine prebooked procedure and surely I could have brought her in later !

I had to take my cat here on Bank Holiday Monday evening and the service we got was outstanding. So reassuring to be registered with a practice that has 24 hour availability. The vets and other staff are so kind. I highly recommend this practice.

My beautiful red Labrador Edward, was referred to Tim Chatsworth, for what we thought was a minor proecedure to remove an abscess that would not heal!
Thanks to a specialist centre and amazing technology, he had to have intrusive surgery to remove damage to his lungs, caused by a grass seed!
Edward is making a good recovery!
The service, client and animal care at Eastcott Referrals, is second to none!

We had to rush our Jack Russell Abby in with a serious problem. unfortunately she had to be put down after receiving the scan results, the way we were handle was amazing and we thank you for all you did in making us feel comfortable.

We moved to Swindon, nearly 3 years ago, with an aging Black Labrador. As we had been extremely lucky with our local veterinary practice, having to find a new practice, and transport our insurance, was an anxious time. We certainly landed on our feet when we walked into Eastcott. Having registered with them, we had little contact, except for arthritis drugs, until an emergency one Sunday lunchtime. They were there, open, and we were able to drive straight to them. Reception were expecting us and Sam was seen immediately. We felt they were very thorough when examining him, and forthcoming with their thoughts and information. Everyone was friendly and approachable and although we hated leaving him there, we were comforted by their actions. My poor dog was sat in a cage all day after not eating since the day before and eventually we were able to collect her at 6pm. Reason given was that they had a dog being speyed before her and instruments had to be resterilised ? Really ? This was a routine prebooked procedure and surely I could have brought her in later !
