Not happy at all. We have 2 Bengal cats and spoke with the vet Paul about getting Animal Health Certificates to take them to France. He was dismissive and had no interest in trying to help us. He said it's too complicated because they are Bengals. I called back today to tell him I had gone to great lengths and gotten all the necessary paperwork to get the AHC but he told me to go somewhere else as it's too complicated. I'm absolutely disgusted. Not just at the lack of being bothered to help but at his dismissive treatment of us. Appalling service.

Our dog had to have an operation to remove some tumours, we were worried and concerned and didnt know if we were doing the right thing. They were wonderful to our dog and the treatment, respect and caring nature was excellent. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

I have been at Lawn Vets for the last five years with my dog Honey. I always find Paul and the Team very friendly and helpful. We have unfortunately had to attend for three emergency situations, are always reassured by the thorough examinations, and quick recovery. The reception staff are also very helpful and keen to ensure you are seen by a vet as soon as possible. I would recommend this Practise 100%.

I have been with lawn vets for quite a few years now from max our Springer spaniel to Barney our late westie to Ajax our yellow Labrador and they all have felt comphtable Barney a bit nervous when he went in but soon settled down overall the friendship and friendly staff make it an easy experience for our pets and the standard off service is brilliant and a great place to go for a chat and not only about your pet's Paul likes his motorbikes and scuba diving to always good for a natter there anyway l would recommend lawn vet's to anyone who needs one they will always make you and your pet's welcome long may they keep going,

absolute rubbish!!!! my husband and i have been registered with lawn vets for 14 years and until recently have had no problems, about 5wks ago we were on our evening walk around lawn woods when we were joined by a lost and confused chocolate labrador our dog is quite nervous around other dogs, but we know the owner, so obviously could not walk away from the dog!! we rang the vets and they gave us a number to ring, the dog warden, to which we had no response.... i could not take the dog into are home because of our dog , so took the dog to the vets thinking they could hold him there until the local owner was contacted, i was greeted by a locked door , a giggling young girl sat behind a desk and an older large blonde woman sat in the dark at 18:20.. they close at 19:00!! they obviously wanted to leave at 19:00 .. and didn't give a damm!!!! wrong people, wrong job!!!! vets clinic all day long for us!!!!! they really do care!!!

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at lawns vets especially Aida,who looked after our much loved cat Denzil. Sadly we had to have him put to sleep last Thursday,& the care and compassion showed through out this tough time meant so much to us. Without any doubt, this is the best vets in Swindon. Over the years they have looked after our dogs and cats, with great care and attention. At a time when most vets seem to be totally engaged in fees etc, Lawns always puts the animal first and foremost. All the staff are very knowledgeable, always welcoming and never fail to fuss the dog. We have recommended them many times and will continue to do so. Top of the class in all respects.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at lawns vets especially Aida,who looked after our much loved cat Denzil. Sadly we had to have him put to sleep last Thursday,& the care and compassion showed through out this tough time meant so much to us. In all our time at the vets we have always felt that Denzil & his needs have been put first. Today we received a sympathy card from lawns which just shows how much they care about family pets. Thank you again xx

Compassionate, caring, easily contactable and so trustworthy.The reception staff are very friendly and full of wisdom too. My animals are very precious to me and I know I always get the best individual advice, for each and every one of them, when I visit this practice.

Without any doubt, this is the best vets in Swindon. Over the years they have looked after our dogs and cats, with great care and attention. At a time when most vets seem to be totally engaged in fees etc, Lawns always puts the animal first and foremost. All the staff are very knowledgeable, always welcoming and never fail to fuss the dog. We have recommended them many times and will continue to do so. Top of the class in all respects.
