Not happy at all. We have 2 Bengal cats and spoke with the vet Paul about getting Animal Health Certificates to take them to France. He was dismissive and had no interest in trying to help us. He said it's too complicated because they are Bengals. I called back today to tell him I had gone to great lengths and gotten all the necessary paperwork to get the AHC but he told me to go somewhere else as it's too complicated. I'm absolutely disgusted. Not just at the lack of being bothered to help but at his dismissive treatment of us. Appalling service. Read Less

Really great, thorough and friendly service. We moved to this surgery from another one which was far less personal and we are very happy.
