Absolutely appalling service. No attention was paid to my cat's history. Dangers of vaccination to a cat with such a history was not explained to me. Put my cats' life at risk. Too many visits left him totally stressed. Really disappointed given the great service we had previously received. Insurance is a con and never able to claim on. I have now cancelled this. Feel that this has become a business venture rather than the caring practice of old. I am looking for a better practice. Shame on you. Read Less

Personal service and genuine care from every member of staff is what keeps us with this vets. The business partner, Tanya, has such a passion for animal care that she goes above and beyond what might be expected, such as replying to requests for advice well outside of normal business hours; in fact, if often seems that she cares for the owners almost as much as her patients. There is a real sense that Tanya will give you her expertise for the benefit of the animals rather than her bottom line. This attitude has been replicated in all of her staff, regardless of their position in the company. Nobody wants to go to the vet, we all know it can be worrying and costly but if you have to go then I would recommend this one. I am not affiliated with this business, I have no incentive to write this review, I am just consistently delighted with how we have been treated in the last 5 years or so by everybody who works here. I've always had the best possible experience at this practice. Really friendly people, who show a genuine interest in my cat! The quality of care is second to none - not sure if the last reviewer considered that there might have been an emergency going on when he visited. In any practice, an emergency always has to come first, so I would never complain at having to wait a few minutes. Thanks Tanya Crawley & team! Read Less
