We have used this particular Vet practice for over 30 years now and have always found them to be very kind and caring to our cats, would highly recommend them.

Recently had my 9 year dog put to sleep was poorly The vets quickly found a tumour really quickly and were so understanding and genuinely caring,this meant she didnt suffer Thankyou

Not good.
Went for pet passport, what a disaster. Wrote wrong details in passport kid on reception couldn't spell. Just went to cross everything out it looked a right mess.
No custom's will accept ...

No custom's will accept a passport altered, defaced, crossed out.
They just thought it was ok.
The treatment... Even worse.

Some staff are nice but too many times I feel they just try to make money out of you! Healthy pet club is a rip off, I was a member for 3 years and had very little out of the scheme, when I have asked...
Some staff are nice but too many times I feel they just try to make money out of you! Healthy pet club is a rip off, I was a member for 3 years and had very little out of the scheme, when I have asked for a refund or the products I had paid for they gave me the run around and eventually just said I had lost the money.
Without exaggeration I have spent Thousands of pounds with them over the last 6 years plus nearly 1000 in healthy pet club subscription over the last 3 years and they have said they are prepared to lose me as a customer rather than try to rectify the Healthy pet club loss!
