At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

I tried to make a payment with them over the phone at least 4 times over the last 2 weeks - please have in mind that I previously made a payment the same way, over the phone. This time whenever I gave the card details they told me is declined wich is why I tried with my partner's just to be told the same thing. I asked for an account number and was told that it is only cash or card. We called the bank to make sure there are no restrictions on our cards - no restrictions whatsoever. I had to personally go there with the card in my hand asking the lady to repeat the procedure in front of me. She started asking me for different things this time while working with the card machine like the post code and address - when I asked why wasn't I asked the same questions over the phone she said: "because before I was pressing that the customer IS present and it is a different procedure, this is what we usually do" Lady, if that is true, there are 2 MAJOR things that are wrong here: 1 why would you do things differently when I specifically asked to do the same thing as before so I can see for myself the card being declined 2 why would you say the customer is present if clearly I wasn't - also in that case you need a signature from the client which you couldn't have of course. I'm sure you lied as I confronted you about the whole thing or your company has A LOT of receipts without signatures. Either way stop telling people that the court will be involved or that we don't want to pay when we are actually calling and trying to sort things. You clearly didn't know how to use the card machine and I hope no one else has to experience this. Read Less

What an appalling incompetent practice on the 2 occasions I took my dog there they misdiagnosed her.I took her in March 2017 with a discharge from her vulva I was sent away with Antibiotics in the June she was rushed in as she had pyametra I nearly lost her. I took her on March 22nd with problems with her ears they said nothing wrong with her x Took her back to Martin and carr my old vet and they diagnosed a yeast infection in her ear.Keep with the old style vets they know what they are doing. THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM ME Read Less
