We have recently lost our 5 year old border to this vets who was just going in to be spayed she went in at 9am I rang at 11 to see how she was I was told she was fine and to pick her up at 5pm as they want to monitor her I went into the vets at 4.30 to be told by the receptionist the lady to who looking after our dear Peppa isn’t back yet so come back at 5 I was told she needed another operation because she was bleeding heavily so since 11am she wasn’t checked or wasn’t checked enough to notice her bleeding as they clearly didn’t do the first op correctly so I went home and waited I had a call at between half 8-9 to say she had a 50/50 chance I went to say my goodbyes to my dear little friend and to be told she wouldn’t know I was there I put my hand by her to sit on the stool next to her and she lifted her head up and placed it on my hand I talked to her for a while rubbed her ears as that is what she loved when I stopped she moved her head to say do it again then the lady said she was closing up and will check on her at 11 I feel vets should stayed over night and cared for her in this state at 11pm we had a call to say she had passed when I asked the time of death the first words “I think” shouldn’t of been a thinking matter peppa should of been more looked after and this should of been done right at the time of being spayed then she wouldn’t of bleed to death and she should of been checked throughly round the clock not 6 hours later!!! I can’t seem to get a straight answer from any vets as I’m getting told different things from each one I speak to. My daughter picked her body up Friday morning for her to come home and be buried within a hour they were calling asking for the bill to be paid they could for at least gave us until that evening to lay her to rest and morne her death. I would strongly recommend no one to use these vets as I can now see a lot of deaths from other family’s pets due to negligence! Read Less

I can't tell you how sick i feel.. my dog went in for a simple knee treatment and after 12 weeks of follow up appointment lazer treatments.me consulting asker her progress them telling me how well she doing more infections.. untill i took her to two different vets n both couldnt believe how badly treat she was.. her infections was that bad he didnt know if he could get it under contol.. then if he could it would of been a hold knee replacement but more like lose of her leg. Which the other leg needed doing too as they left her too long walking to long on 3 legs... my baby was only 3.. and the pain they left her in.. didnt give us much choose what to do with her... i had to make the heartbreaking choose of having her put down .. later to find out she had cancer in that bad knee and bones which should of been picked up... after spending over 2 gran on treatment that wouldnt help my baby.. our family lose our family member and all left us all heartbroken. My children without a pet. Just to line there pockets. Cant believe i put my faith in this veterinary services. NEVER AGAIN Read Less
