This practice is absolutely fantastic and it shows from a review I left 2 years ago... pre COVID. Last year my dog had to ho through emergency surgery and thanks to George she saved her life! I work in Live Events and as the world knows the industry has been decimated resulting in financial hardship suicides and vast mental health issues. My dog was insured and the excess paid but I was then hit with an extra cost resulting in 300 (insurers not vets) I referred to FO. Despite all restrictions now being lifted and our industry is slowly recovering times are still incredibly hard. My dog needed attention yesterday blocked anal glands and I called to make an appointment which was fine and bill settled at end of consultation and outstanding amount still being paid off as agreed with their finance people. I was then called back k to say they wouldn't see my dog because of the outstanding bill!!! I made ONE phone call to another practice explained the situation in full and they agreed to see her straight away. Whilst at the new vets I received a call from Martin & Carr to say the new vets had been in touch for history and was I sure I wanted to provide the history!!!!!! Money before animal welfare . Unbelievable! I am deeply saddened by the complete lack.

I just got back home from Martin & Carr in Evesham and I must say I'M ABSOLUTELY FUMING!!!!! THE ABSOLUTE worst attitude towards my hamster, the veterinarian squeezed him so tight that he couldn't breathe and he soiled himself, on the way back he didn't move a muscle I thought something happened to him. HE'S SO STRESSED I'M ABSOLUTELY MAD I AM FUMING!!!! NEVER EVER GONNA GO BACK AGAIN TO THEM! I HAVE NO WORDS

We have been boxer breeders for many years and have had services from quite a few vets. Although some have served us well we feel that's nothing in comparison to Martin and Carr Pershore. We have had quite a bit of bad luck recently but the Vets at this practice have gone above and beyond. They have not only taken exceptional care of our boxers but they also show respect and care for their owners. We count ourselves very lucky to have found such a great group of professionals and would not consider going anywhere else. Fantastic practice with outstanding values.

I would never take my animals anywhere else. The staff are very caring, helpful and it is always a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this practice to anyone. My dog, dolly, loves coming here and I think that means the most. The nurses are by far the best veterinary nurses around and much better than any others in other practices.
