At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

Staff are lovely iv had no problems with them whilst treating my dogs also having my rottie put to sleep unexpectedly but very comforting and did everything possible to help kids deal with the loss am...

Always have the best advice and kind service. Have been going since it opened and wouldn't trust anyone else with my 3 Furbabies. Richard and his team are excellent.

Suggest you check what you are being charged as this place over charges even compared with the other vets 4 pets and the pets at home shop in Redditch. We have called 3 vets today to check what we have been charged and compared to all others this place over charges by at least 15% and constantly tries to sell you even more things which you don't need. RIP OFF.

The vet we seen was Richard Sant BVMS MRCVS, he is the best vet i've seen in a long time, patient explained everything fully and my cat Felix seem to really like him. Vets4Pets was easy to get to parking was easy (Although the entrance/exit is a pain when traffic is busy). The staff were very friendly and showed so much care and affection for my pooch.
Prices are reasonable and the aftercare is amazing.

Our cat passed recently and the service we got was second to none. The staff were sincere,kind and helpful. My pets have now got a new vet. A much better one.

Vets4Pets was easy to get to parking was easy (Although the entrance/exit is a pain when traffic is busy). The staff were very friendly and showed so much care and affection for my pooch.
