Caring staff at both Tenbury and Ludlow. We sadly had to have our adored dog Bruce put to sleep during coronavirus lock down. The process was very difficult for us but handled sensitively by Iain. All of the vets are great and Lynne on reception at Tenbury is kind and approachable.

I can not thank this surgery enough, and especially Alex, for all they did for my cat sassy before we sadly lost him in November. I would highly recommend this vets surgery and would most definitely ...
I can not thank this surgery enough, and especially Alex, for all they did for my cat sassy before we sadly lost him in November. I would highly recommend this vets surgery and would most definitely use them again as do all my family now

Treat the animals brilliantly and cannot fault with the animals however there respect towards the owners is absolutely horrendous! And money mad saying we owe money we do not we have paid everything we have had to towards excess from 1 insurance claim and 1 deceased animal which we have been poorly treated on the aftercare after his death! Definitely taking my services elsewhere in the future! Extremely not happy no respect what so ever!

Caring staff at both Tenbury and Ludlow. We sadly had to have our adored dog Bruce put to sleep during coronavirus lock down. The process was very difficult for us but handled sensitively by Iain. All of the vets are great and Lynne on reception at Tenbury is kind and approachable.

Treat the animals brilliantly and cannot fault with the animals however there respect towards the owners is absolutely horrendous! And money mad saying we owe money we do not we have paid everything we have had to towards excess from 1 insurance claim and 1 deceased animal which we have been poorly treated on the aftercare after his death! Definitely taking my services elsewhere in the future! Extremely not happy no respect what so ever!
