We have used this vet for 10 years and cannot fault the service. Carl's professional opinion with bones is great, Ana is fabulous. Just had a phone call requesting payment of our bill. Polite, efficient, friendly, They could just say thank you and then hang up, but no, Becky then asked how the dogs were. It's those little extra touches, even with routine administration, that make a 5 star veterinary service.

All four of our cats have been seen at Brentknoll and such care and devotion is shown by the staff. Particularly with one of my girls, who has had most of her teeth out at 3 years old! Isabel, the vet, has been most sensitive and a great comfort during this time. I would recommend all of the vets and staff though as the reassurance is immense when dealing with our most treasured members of the household! x

Taking your pet to the vets is never an experience filled with joy but going to Brentknoll is about as good as it gets. Daisy runs through the door and immediately jumps on the scales to be weighed......suddenly realising where she is.....oops! From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave the staff are all friendly, considerate and helpful and getting through what can be a trauma is made much easier with their help. Efficient, thorough, professsional are some of the words I can use to describe this veterinary practice.

We've been using Brentknoll for some time now for our dogs. Although they are very expensive, the care and treatment is excellent. The staff are all very friendly and professional and great with the animals.
Our latest visits were for an almost impossible to detect problem with our dog that almost killed him, but Brentknoll diagnosed him and he is now back to his playful (and clumsy) self.
Will always use Brentknoll, and recommend them to others.

It's a lovely experience to go to Brentknoll with my dog. They are always very friendly and helpful and I am particularly happy with the efficiency and organisation of the Practice. The Centre has good parking and is always very clean and hygienic. My dog has received excellent treatment and is very much treated as "special". I like the use of technology to book appointments and prescriptions and the reminder messages by text. Overall it is a 5 star Veterinary Centre which I would recommend to everybody.

Such an amazing and professional veterinary centre, we all dread the time we have to take our loved and cherished pets to the vets but with my last dog scooby they where fantastic over the years right up too and after the last visit when my dear friend didnt get to come home but that said the service and compassion was second to none .. if your pet needs the best then there is no other choice

My rescue cat Diva is now a patient and I know that Brentknoll do their utmost to keep a close check and ensure her medication continues to keep her stable. I would never go any where else.

Yesterday (New Years Eve) I had to go to the vets. First time at this practice as it was an emergency for my dog Millie. The staff were all efficient,knowledgeable and most importantly very kind. Sadly, I had to let Millie go over the bridge. To be with her other pal that went in the summer. The staff were most kind and supportive and didn't rush me at all. I spent some quality time with Millie before she went away. Thank you all for be there and kind and keeping Millie comfortable until the end. Xx

Having had four dogs in the past, three black labs and a border collie, none of them have loved going to the vet like Luna. We are used to having to pull and cajole them into the surgery. However Luna absolutely loves coming to Brentknoll Veterinary Centre and her particularly favourite person there is Dave, although everyone else come a very close second! Despite all the treatment and pain etc she has had since her RTA and badly fractured front leg, she simply can't wait to see who is going to make a fuss of her next - she views the waiting room as a party room! She is still only seven months old, but with the excellent treatment she has received she will, I am sure continue to enjoy coming to see you all. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!

I'm really very happy with Brentknoll. The staff have been more than helpful, and the atmosphere when you walk in is lovely - everyone is very friendly. Loving what has been done to the reception - simple things like a separate seating area for dogs and cats is genius!
The vets have been great too - nothing but supportive, thorough, and caring. I have two cats. One recently hurt her leg, and I went in at short notice on a Sunday and they really did a thorough job of checking her out - nothing obvious so a sprain or similar. I also don't see very well and the staff were very helpful in showing me what I needed to do to give her the medication she needed.
So many plusses, no negatives as yet. I love the fact that they have so many facilities to treat everything - including a swimming pool (obviously for the animals!).

Took my 5 month old puppy to brentknoll over the last week as he'd eaten something which upset his stomach and was making him sick. All of the staff, from the client care ladies to the vets and nurses, we're all wonderful. The vets were very thorough and everyone was very caring and attentive. My puppy loved all of the cuddles he got from the staff too :) excellent clinic. Would definitely recommend. X

Brentknoll Veterinary Centre really is an exceptional place with exceptional wonderful staff. The care your pet receives is truly, second to non. Which ever member of staff is treating your pet, that pet is treated as if it were their own. I have been a client at Brentknoll for aprox 25 yrs & although I now have to travel from Stroud to Worcester to take my fury family to them, I could never entertain the idea of going to any other Veterinary Centre.

The practice has long opening hours including Sunday's and Bankholidays which is useful around my job. We've been at Brentknoll for many years with a variety of dogs and cats. Dave and his team are truly the best. Friendly, courteous and hard working and incredibly caring not just about our furry friends but about the owners too. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and would never go anywhere else
The animals are always relaxed when we visit even if they are Ill and love the fuss and cuddles they get and the dogs enjoy the plentiful supply of treats received at each visit. Not only do the practice give excellent care when needed but they are very hot on promoting good health with vaccinations, worming treatments and flea and tick preventers. Their care when we have to make the sad decision to put a much loved pet to sleep is fabulous and continues long afterwards. In addition to their day to day care the staff are committed to educating the community about animal care and raising funds for a number of animal charities, particularly Guide Dogs.

All four of our cats have been seen at Brentknoll and such care and devotion is shown by the staff. Particularly with one of my girls, who has had most of her teeth out at 3 years old! Isabel, the vet, has been most sensitive and a great comfort during this time. I would recommend all of the vets and staff though as the reassurance is immense when dealing with our most treasured members of the household! x

Taking your pet to the vets is never an experience filled with joy but going to Brentknoll is about as good as it gets. Daisy runs through the door and immediately jumps on the scales to be weighed......suddenly realising where she is.....oops! From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave the staff are all friendly, considerate and helpful and getting through what can be a trauma is made much easier with their help. Efficient, thorough, professsional are some of the words I can use to describe this veterinary practice.

We've been using Brentknoll for some time now for our dogs. Although they are very expensive, the care and treatment is excellent. The staff are all very friendly and professional and great with the animals.
Our latest visits were for an almost impossible to detect problem with our dog that almost killed him, but Brentknoll diagnosed him and he is now back to his playful (and clumsy) self.
Will always use Brentknoll, and recommend them to others.

It's a lovely experience to go to Brentknoll with my dog. They are always very friendly and helpful and I am particularly happy with the efficiency and organisation of the Practice. The Centre has good parking and is always very clean and hygienic. My dog has received excellent treatment and is very much treated as "special". I like the use of technology to book appointments and prescriptions and the reminder messages by text. Overall it is a 5 star Veterinary Centre which I would recommend to everybody.

Yesterday (New Years Eve) I had to go to the vets. First time at this practice as it was an emergency for my dog Millie. The staff were all efficient,knowledgeable and most importantly very kind. Sadly, I had to let Millie go over the bridge. To be with her other pal that went in the summer. The staff were most kind and supportive and didn't rush me at all. I spent some quality time with Millie before she went away. Thank you all for be there and kind and keeping Millie comfortable until the end. Xx

Having had four dogs in the past, three black labs and a border collie, none of them have loved going to the vet like Luna. We are used to having to pull and cajole them into the surgery. However Luna absolutely loves coming to Brentknoll Veterinary Centre and her particularly favourite person there is Dave, although everyone else come a very close second! Despite all the treatment and pain etc she has had since her RTA and badly fractured front leg, she simply can't wait to see who is going to make a fuss of her next - she views the waiting room as a party room! She is still only seven months old, but with the excellent treatment she has received she will, I am sure continue to enjoy coming to see you all. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!

I'm really very happy with Brentknoll. The staff have been more than helpful, and the atmosphere when you walk in is lovely - everyone is very friendly. Loving what has been done to the reception - simple things like a separate seating area for dogs and cats is genius!
The vets have been great too - nothing but supportive, thorough, and caring. I have two cats. One recently hurt her leg, and I went in at short notice on a Sunday and they really did a thorough job of checking her out - nothing obvious so a sprain or similar. I also don't see very well and the staff were very helpful in showing me what I needed to do to give her the medication she needed.
So many plusses, no negatives as yet. I love the fact that they have so many facilities to treat everything - including a swimming pool (obviously for the animals!).

Took my 5 month old puppy to brentknoll over the last week as he'd eaten something which upset his stomach and was making him sick. All of the staff, from the client care ladies to the vets and nurses, we're all wonderful. The vets were very thorough and everyone was very caring and attentive. My puppy loved all of the cuddles he got from the staff too :) excellent clinic. Would definitely recommend. X

Brentknoll Veterinary Centre really is an exceptional place with exceptional wonderful staff. The care your pet receives is truly, second to non. Which ever member of staff is treating your pet, that pet is treated as if it were their own. I have been a client at Brentknoll for aprox 25 yrs & although I now have to travel from Stroud to Worcester to take my fury family to them, I could never entertain the idea of going to any other Veterinary Centre.

We took our sick 13 year old springer spaniel to the emergency night surgery in the early hours of this morning and sadly he had to be put to sleep, but I just wanted to say a big thank you to the vet who dealt with him and gave him a very peaceful and comfy end, that experience left us feeling quite calm today and though we're upset it's just made me be able to handle things so much better. The practice has long opening hours including Sunday's and Bankholidays which is useful around my job. We've been at Brentknoll for many years with a variety of dogs and cats. Dave and his team are truly the best. Friendly, courteous and hard working and incredibly caring not just about our furry friends but about the owners too. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and would never go anywhere else
The animals are always relaxed when we visit even if they are Ill and love the fuss and cuddles they get and the dogs enjoy the plentiful supply of treats received at each visit. Not only do the practice give excellent care when needed but they are very hot on promoting good health with vaccinations, worming treatments and flea and tick preventers. Their care when we have to make the sad decision to put a much loved pet to sleep is fabulous and continues long afterwards. In addition to their day to day care the staff are committed to educating the community about animal care and raising funds for a number of animal charities, particularly Guide Dogs.
