She goes in happily wagging and loves all the attention from the staff. Clean rooms and happy animals, what more could you ask for. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I have used this Practice since it was opened by Anthony Morell The premises are always clean and the Receptionis friendly and accommodating. The veterinary staff are extremely knowledgable and handle my cats very gently. Kindness goes a long way and I would not hesitate to recommend Mel and Penny to anyone.

Lowesmoor House have been fantastic in caring for both my previous cat, an elderly and poorly visitor who became a regular here, and my more recent addition; a very difficult customer who lets her displeasure be known! The kindness they have shown whilst dealing with a very sick and delicate old cat, and the professionalism when dealing with a feisty, angry large cat, has been great and hugely appreciated. They are happy to listen to any concerns and provide advice so I would definitely recommend them. Penny, Sam and the rest of the team are fantastic.

All the team at Lowesmoor house are lovely, warm & caring. From my first visit I was put at complete ease and knew I had chosen the right vets for me. Having met both Sam and Penny I have compete confidence my cat will be receiving the best possible care. They even stock specialist food that can be purchased at cost price for members of their health plan. I cannot recommend the practice enough!

Great experience. Welcoming staff and Sam the new vet was really friendly and caring. I didn't know the surgery existed before but it was great to find a vets with parking! I also joined their new low cost Pet Health scheme which seemed a no-brainer. A much better experience that the previous 'grumpy' vets we've used before nearby.

Having met both Sam and Penny I have compete confidence my cat will be receiving the best possible care.
