We brought our dog for her spay recently - we have wait a little bit for the operation, but due to C-19 lockdown regulations this is understandable. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful, ensuring they explained everything. When we brought her they remember her from her 2nd vac given just before lockdown and they reassured me about the procedure.
The clinic has obviously had to make changes over the past few months but I felt the booking in system was working well , keeping client safe and all staff were wearing the protective equipment.
My dog made a great recovery (with a perfect and neat little spay line - well done Mirrella(?).
Well done and thank you to all involved in her care.

my Cat had a broken right lower fang he couldn't eat so we decided to take him to this vet.
Total cost £706.14p that inc cremation and ashes

Just transferred the care of all my animals to Your Vets, after they took on my Lab (Fat Lab Ruby) after a disastrous visit to another Vet that left her in a very condition. Your Vets saw her straightaway, treated her straightway, and were compassionate and caring to me and my gorgeous Lab. Thank you so much... Marilyn Melville

Visited them tonight as their phone message says you can walk in . Get there to find that they have changed the system and you can no longer walk in. Can't be bothered to change their phone message though! Went to Pets at Home where my cat was seen immediately.

Over the years i've had 3 dogs and they have all gone to YourVets. I cannot stress how caring and good the staff are here with the animals.

We brought our dog for her spay recently - we have wait a little bit for the operation, but due to C-19 lockdown regulations this is understandable. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful, ensuring they explained everything. When we brought her they remember her from her 2nd vac given just before lockdown and they reassured me about the procedure.
The clinic has obviously had to make changes over the past few months but I felt the booking in system was working well , keeping client safe and all staff were wearing the protective equipment.
My dog made a great recovery (with a perfect and neat little spay line - well done Mirrella(?).
