I had a stray cat that showed up at my house so I started feeding him. After I saw that he decided to make a home at my house I took him to Westside to have him neutered and to get all of his shots and anything else that he might need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't remember the attending vets name but he was great. The price for all they did was very reasonable. My cat looks and feels so much better. Ive taken a few of my pets here for several years and they are always amazing. They always show up for emergencies too. Ive had a vet come in in the middle of the night to help my dog just so she wasnt in pain. And just recently I had to bring my dog in on a weekend and the staff that help never complain and are never rude. They always help my pets and they dont even mention payment until we bring it up. We have been going to this vet for years after leaving Huntsville. Our family has adopted many cats and dogs that wandered in to our lives over time. They have always treated our pets as if they were a part of their own family. The staff even calls to check up on them days after the visit. They have fair rates and don't put your pet thru expensive tests that often aren't neccesary. They.always inform you of all the treatment options that are available and let you decide. Best treatment you can buy for your loving pets in the area. Whenever it came to serious problems, this is the vet I came to. Best staff to deal with, period. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for here. They have the equipment that most don't have and they will go out of the way to find the issue. I had a doberman that got very sick and was having autoimmune problems. We had an issue finding out what was wrong and her not eating or drinking was making things worse. They had to keep her for a week and I was told that the techs actually went to a grocery store to buy sandwich meats just to try to get her to eat. All of the staff here are very caring and go above and beyond to care for their patients.Read Less
