Very close to home so out of convenience, we took our 5 yr old shih tzu there twice to have his nails trimmed. The first time, no customers were there so we just walked in.but we're told we needed an appointment. We made the appointment for the following day but again didn't get his nails trimmed because the person was afraid the dog might bite him. He has been groomed regularly and has never bitten anyone. We took him to pet depot and they clipped him right away without incident.
If they can't trim a 10 lb dogs nails, I don't trust them with the lives of any of our animals.

Eastside Animal Hospital has taken care of my Irish Setter for about 1 1/2 years now. He loves them and they are always good to him. I've had animals in my life for 50 years and they are one of the most organized, efficient, cleanest and friendliest Veterinarian office I've used. The staff is very competent in their jobs, as well as, knowledgeable in their field of studies. My dog and I appreciate the preventive care and all the advice in keeping our house happy. Thank you!

We have taken our dogs to Dr. Lovell for a number of years. We have been very pleased with their services from pet care to grooming to boarding. The staff is exceptional. When being boarded we received daily photos showing how happy and safe they were. Our 2 dogs seem to feel safe there.

Very close to home so out of convenience, we took our 5 yr old shih tzu there twice to have his nails trimmed. The first time, no customers were there so we just walked in.but we're told we needed an appointment. We made the appointment for the following day but again didn't get his nails trimmed because the person was afraid the dog might bite him. He has been groomed regularly and has never bitten anyone. We took him to pet depot and they clipped him right away without incident.
