Very close to home so out of convenience, we took our 5 yr old shih tzu there twice to have his nails trimmed. The first time, no customers were there so we just walked in.but we're told we needed an appointment. We made the appointment for the following day but again didn't get his nails trimmed because the person was afraid the dog might bite him. He has been groomed regularly and has never bitten anyone. We took him to pet depot and they clipped him right away without incident. If they can't trim a 10 lb dogs nails, I don't trust them with the lives of any of our animals. Read Less

Eastside Animal Hospital has taken care of my Irish Setter for about 1 1/2 years now. He loves them and they are always good to him. I've had animals in my life for 50 years and they are one of the most organized, efficient, cleanest and friendliest Veterinarian office I've used.
