Here at Bay Minette Animal Clinic, we provide general medicine and surgery for small and large animals. We also provide after hours services, house calls, and boarding. WE DO HAVE PETS FOR ADOPTION through the city animal shelter.
Cat adoption fee: $55
Dog adoption fee: $95
The adoption fee covers spay or neuter as well as first round of shots.

This vet is a joke! He is 80 and needs to retire. He will do nothing to help out to get your pet looked at. When he does he isn’t friendly at all. He will misdiagnose your animal and will suggest to put them down. His son was way better and needs to take over and fire that whole staff and start over. Nobody cares about you or your pet.

STAY AWAY dr palmer has killed multiple animals and gotten away with it. save you pets life and do not go to this office. he over doses on medications, is terrified of large dogs, and will not even tell you they are sorry after. april hadley is a tech that has no right working on animals either and will cover up for him because no other vet office will hire her. they are murders. palmer will be 80 soon and he needs to be shut down.

I adopted a dog from this clinic. His records stated he was neutered. It says "k9 castration done on 12/28/16." My vet determined he wasn't neutered. I had to pay to have him neutered and Bay Minette ...
I adopted a dog from this clinic. His records stated he was neutered. It says "k9 castration done on 12/28/16." My vet determined he wasn't neutered. I had to pay to have him neutered and Bay Minette Animal Clinic refused to refund me the adoption fee. Be very aware if you adopt a dog from here that the records could be incorrect. Triple check everything before leaving. I wouldn't do business with them again. Customer service - it matters!

Had one 7 month old dog come down with the Parvo virus and I brought her in. They told me what I had to do and gave me meds and hope. She survived. 91% fatality rating. Next to that our 2 month old bull pit caught it right after. She is now in her first stage of recovery and started wagging her tail again today and drinking by herself. Thanks to the team, awesome kind folks

I can't say enough about how much I love this team! Moving with my job over the years has led me to numerous vet offices from AL to Texas. Never have I met a staff where "every single employee" is so friendly and happy to see my babies plus whatever I drag in as they do. Every member of this team is extremely knowledgeable and caring while providing such a valuable service to this community!

He will misdiagnose your animal and will suggest to put them down. His son was way better and needs to take over and fire that whole staff and start over. Nobody cares about you or your pet.
