I have coming to Dr Gains for more than ten years, i have never had a bad experience, he and staff are so good with all the animals. I have boarded my doggie 2 times and both times she has come out happy. Dr. Gains has gone above and beyond for me, great person and great staff. I would highly recommend him to you.

Black hole in chest, judgemental, extremely racist. Gossips about u after u leave, takes enough pills that he passed out. Even on the phone with clients. Wreckless with the lives of the dogs, if a bording dog barks to much he seddates, forced kenel staff, groomer, and receptionists to assist in survery, dogs die. I use to groom inside his clinic, i got kicked out becsuse i wouldnt entertain their gossip sessions, and i just didnt fit in to gains and annies click.

Had a wonderful experience with Bessemer McCalla animal clinic. Dr. Gaines took excellent care of my Romeo. So much better than the big impersonal clinics. When I go into this Clinic I know who the doctor is that I'm going to see and my dogs will know him as well. Dr. Gaines is very down-to-earth very friendly the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be making this Clinic the primary Clinic for my babies!

I have coming to Dr Gains for more than ten years, i have never had a bad experience, he and staff are so good with all the animals. I have boarded my doggie 2 times and both times she has come out happy. Dr. Gains has gone above and beyond for me, great person and great staff. I would highly recommend him to you.
