I have four dogs (ages 1 to 7) who have been seeing both Dr. Schofil and Dr. Cobb for their annual exams, small illnesses and (unfortunately) emergencies, throughout their lives. The vets are both amazing and give my dogs (and especially me) all the time and attention I need to ask all of my questions. But not only are the vets amazing, the vet technicians and nurses are also very nice, helpful and attentive. My impression is that cahaba mountain brook animal clinic has put together a talented, friendly team, that not only enjoys working together, but are passionate about caring for my fur children. I highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a vet.

I absolutely love my girls at CMBAC! They are always so nice even when I am dramatic, during my shots and nail trims! They give me extra love, especially then! -Love Ro.
Rowan has definitely been a hard puppy in the past 10 weeks. We’ve had a case of worms, several unrelated tummy issues and horrible allergic reactions to our immunizations. Thankfully, our tech Jess, and Dr. Cobb have been lifesavers! Doing everything they can to figure out the best way to get our shots and have the least reaction possible. This last shot, we showed little to no reaction! I can’t say enough about our vet family! Thank you for all you do for us!

I was in the middle of a long road trip with my miniature poodle when he developed a problem with his eye. I called these very nice people and they were able to get us an appointment, the proper medication for my little buddy and we were back on the road. We arrived at our destination and his eye is all better.
Everyone there was so nice and they had the most adorable cats... in costumes! I appreciate the excellent care we received even though we weren't regular patients of the practice.

I’ve been taking my dog to see Dr. Schofil since I moved to Birmingham 4 years ago. All of the staff is amazing and answers any questions you may have. They work with you in any way they can. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else and I would highly recommend this vet for your dogs or cats!

This team has been nothing but amazing!! From the time I walked in the door seeing all the dogs excited about day care I knew there was something great about the place. Dr Schofill and Jess did an absolute AMAZING job updating me throughout the day on my dog. From his surgery, to his dinner, and even a call to go into depth about what all was found going on with my dog. My fur baby was in great hands and he will be returning to see them.

Dr Schofill is the best vet ever!!!!!! It doesn’t matter how big or small the problem with my dogs, she always listens and treats them as if they were her own puppies! I cannot say enough good things about her!!!!! And everyone at the clinic is phenomenal as well. We are always greeted by name as soon as we walk in the door. Tyler and the girls at the desk always know exactly what we need without me having to ask. The techs and groomers are friendly and knowledgeable. I could not ask for a better place to have my fur babies treated!!!!!!!

These folks are the absolute best. They always present all of your options and they truly love the animals. My dog passed a few years ago, and I could tell that it was very hard for them. They treated him with respect and love. When we got a new puppy, they welcomed him and they are always happy to see him when he goes to doggy daycare and/or boards. We also adopted a stray kitten from them, and they always ask how she is doing. They practice sound medicine with great empathy.

I left my previous vet after a lifetime of being a customer due to poor customer service and other issues. I was very impressed by everyone at this clinic. In my prior experience, with my previous vet, I had to call and beg a vet to talk to me when my cat got extremely ill. The staff here called me two times the day of my cats basic neuter AND called me the next day to check on him! This was a simple procedure, yet they still called to check on him! I was so impressed by that level of care and I will definitely continue to use them!

I was a little upset because what I had called to tell them not to do, they did anyway. I suppose my message didn't get delivered, I'm not sure. I was charged almost $100 for things I had requested they not do, one of those, a bath, caused some serious allergies due to the shampoo they used,which is why I requested they not do it.

Was very disappointed when we picked up our dog. Not only did they neglect to post ANY pictures over the weekend, but they also didn't feed her when they were supposed to. She came home starving!! Als...
Was very disappointed when we picked up our dog. Not only did they neglect to post ANY pictures over the weekend, but they also didn't feed her when they were supposed to. She came home starving!! Also, instead of $40/night which is what we were told, it was actually $22/night and they added an extra $17 "exercising fee" which was entirely unclear when we dropped her off. They actually exercised her more than once/day which makes it more than $40/night. Will not be bringing her back here as they did not give us what they promised and charged more than we agreed to.

Mabel and I both love these guys. There is no vet-phobia, quite the opposite! She wags her tail as soon as she sees where we are headed. They are incredibly accommodating, caring and helpful. First visit was free since she was a rescue, and they even sent in a rebate for her meds! I had no idea- it was a wonderful surprise to get that rebate check in the mail:) They provide a variety of services- vet (of course), boarding, grooming, training, daycare and probably even more. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone and everyone.

Cahaba Mountain Brook is the best vet clinic in town, hands down!!! My boys are my world and I wouldn't trust them with just anyone. Dr. Schofill and Dr. Cobb genuinely care about each little life that comes in their clinic. The staff always calls back when they say they will and always have your pets best interest at heart. Seriously, I can not say enough good things about them. Go there!!

We had a great experience with this clinic as opposed to another vet very close by. The staff is so incredibly nice. Joy walked us through the spay procedure with our Lulu. She was so professional and thorough. We felt when we left that she was in excellent hands. So pleased we have decided to make this Lulu's regular vet office. Thanks SO much!

I have four dogs (ages 1 to 7) who have been seeing both Dr. Schofil and Dr. Cobb for their annual exams, small illnesses and (unfortunately) emergencies, throughout their lives. The vets are both amazing and give my dogs (and especially me) all the time and attention I need to ask all of my questions. But not only are the vets amazing, the vet technicians and nurses are also very nice, helpful and attentive. My impression is that cahaba mountain brook animal clinic has put together a talented, friendly team, that not only enjoys working together, but are passionate about caring for my fur children. I was in the middle of a long road trip with my miniature poodle when he developed a problem with his eye. I called these very nice people and they were able to get us an appointment, the proper medication for my little buddy and we were back on the road. Dr Schofill is the best vet ever!!!!!! It doesn’t matter how big or small the problem with my dogs, she always listens and treats them as if they were her own puppies! I cannot say enough good things about her!!!!! And everyone at the clinic is phenomenal as well. We are always greeted by name as soon as we walk in the door. These folks are the absolute best. They always present all of your options and they truly love the animals. My dog passed a few years ago, and I could tell that it was very hard for them. They treated him with respect and love. When we got a new puppy, they welcomed him and they are always happy to see him when he goes to doggy daycare and/or boards. We also adopted a stray kitten from them, and they always ask how she is doing. They practice sound medicine with great empathy.

I left my previous vet after a lifetime of being a customer due to poor customer service and other issues. I was very impressed by everyone at this clinic. In my prior experience, with my previous vet, I had to call and beg a vet to talk to me when my cat got extremely ill. The staff here called me two times the day of my cats basic neuter AND called me the next day to check on him! This was a simple procedure, yet they still called to check on him! I was so impressed by that level of care and I will definitely continue to use them!

I was charged almost $100 for things I had requested they not do, one of those, a bath, caused some serious allergies due to the shampoo they used,which is why I requested they not do it.

Was very disappointed when we picked up our dog. Not only did they neglect to post ANY pictures over the weekend, but they also didn't feed her when they were supposed to. She came home starving!!
