My little old man doggy had multiple abscessed teeth. At first, I was upset at how many teeth had to be removed but several days since removing the bad teeth and cleaning the rest, My 11-1/2 year old dog is acting like a young puppy again. He's more social and wants to play! He bounced back quickly from the the anesthesia too. Thanks Dr. Mann for giving such good care and thanks to Vicki explaining what we might expect! If you have a hedgehog please do not take it here. They have know idea how to care for a hedgehog. I called yesterday and made an appointment to have Orion's nails clipped. I ask if they had experience with hedgehogs because he is a recent rescue I was told yes. After driving a little over an hour everyone seemed really excited to have a hedgehog there. One girl was really excited because she had never seen a hedgehog I guess this should have been my first notion something was wrong. They came and got orion and took him to the back. After waiting for about 10 minutes one of the girls came out and said we can't get him to unball we can keep trying or you can come back when a vet is here or we can research how to trim a hedgehogs nail. I had them bring him to me and we left. I will never set foot in there again. All they had to do was tell me the truth in the beginning. Read Less

I take my cat and dog here they are great I had my golden retriever fixed by them and they did a great job. They are always so friendly and good with the animals. The whole staff is just great! They treat your pets like it's theirs. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. The dr are VERY knowledgeable. Read Less

After 4 years I find myself having to relocated and hour south but will not give up Dr. Mann for my girls. The trust I have in this office with my fur babies is beyond measurable as they have demonstrated a level of professionalism that is rare to find! Well worth me driving for non-emergencies. This is such a wonderful vet clinic. The staff and the vets are amazing and the kindest people. We had a dog have several issues towards the end of his life and one of the vets even took him home with him at one point so that he didn't stay at the clinic unattended overnight. We said hello to our precious Kadie December 24, 2000 and gave her our good bye kisses October 31,2016 with the help of the wonderful Doctors, Lab techs and staff. CVAC has taken care of my dogs for over 20 years. Their caring and expertise is of the highest standard. Most recently, I took in a very ill Papillon and they immediately diagnosed and treated her. She spent one night and was well enough to come home the next day. As significant as their medical knowledge was their compassion towards me and my puppy. I only came to CVAC for the first time a few weeks ago when my 10 year old dog became sick. Dr. Carr was amazing and followed up with me often to check on Bailey as well as give me updates when she had to stay for IV treatments. Sadly, our girl got worse and we ended up having to make the tough decision to put her down. The entire staff was so sensitive and supportive during the difficult process and showed so much love to us and our dog. We even received a sweet plant from the office after her passing in sympathy! Walking in the door you feel immediately welcomed. Everyone has a genuine care for your pet - like it's their own. From the front desk to the veterinarian, all are professional and friendly. Dr. Mann is second to none - from routine visits to a pet's final day. She is always friendly, compassionate, and caring. You feel like your per is her only priority for the day. It's also a great service in a busy world to receive not only a post card (with your pet's pic on it) but also an email so you can easily add to your calendar whenever shots or other services are needed. I absolutely ADORE Dr. Miller and his staff. Took my sweet bunny Rosie to see him when she was ill. He was able to diagnose her spot on w/o extra tests or xrays. The care, compassion and love they show to not only the animals they treat, but to the owners as well, truly moved my heart. They are a wonderful group of ppl that I am blessed to have met. I love this vet! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgable. I had a question about traveling with my cat and the doctor called me himself to make sure that he addressed my concerns about sedatives.
