We've been using Meadow Brook Animal Clinic for almost five years and have zero complaints. Dr. Cox and his staff are wonderful. I have no doubts about the care our dog receives or the recommended medical treatments we've been given for our dog. If I had to pick one reason why we use Meadow Brook, it's that Dr. Cox has never pushed any unnecessary or grossly expensive medical treatments or surgeries. All recommendations are made with our dog's well-being in mind. I really appreciate that. Dr. Cox and his staff are also very friendly. I get the impression that they really do like animals, which is not something I've felt with every vet I've met. Overall great experience. Very glad to have a trustworthy vet in the area.

Every member of this Meadowbrook staff is polite, cheery, and courteous and has made every trip a wonderful and delightful experience. They provide a 15% discount off your first-time visit along with some goodies for your pet's first visit. Even if you're forgetful like me, they will honor that 15% on a future visit. They do an excellent job sending reminders, making phone calls for you to come pick up your pet if you boarded it, vaccinations, everything. They're willing to work with your schedule no matter how crazy it gets.I would not hesitate to recommend this place to other pet owners in Birmingham. It also helps they're located near Petsmart and Petco if you need to pick up anything else on your way back home. It might be a hard place to find since it's off in a small road. However, it feels like a family run business and they'll give you all the attention you need.
