I highly recommend Main Street Animal Clinic! Took my cat in for an introductory visit today. We just moved here from out of state and my cat has a chronic condition that requires medicine. Dr. Torsch took the time to talk to me about my pet and made the whole process easy, pleasant, and hassle-free. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming, even chatting with us and welcoming us to the area. I think very highly of them all and am grateful to have them caring for my cat. I will be bringing my other cats to them in the future. They're the best!

The Vets at this location are awesome! And my Lab Laci has had amazing time both times she was boarded here. But I gave 3 stars because every time I call the lady or ladies at the front desk are extremely rude on the phone! It's like every time I call I'm an inconvenience to them and they try to hurry up and get off the phone. And she never says her name when she answers so I can't put a name to the person on here. She's rude enough to make me consider changing vets to be honest, one bad apple ruins the whole batch!

This is my vet's clinic. We have been coming here since they opened. Our vet is Dr. Torsch and he's really great with all your fur babies. I also like that they are open Mon - Thurs. until 8p, Friday's till 6p, Saturday's until 4pm and Sunday's from 4- 6p. These hours are especially nice for when you get home and you have a sick pup. Most vet's close at 5p or 6p. The employee's there are as nice as can be and will treat your fur baby like one of their own.

We would never dream of taking our pets anywhere else. They have a great balance of young energetic vets and more mature experienced vets. If your fur-baby need surgery Dr Torsch is the BEST!

However I do love this place, my father and I have been going here since the day they opened.
I don't think I'll ever leave.
I only wish It didn't smell like a kennel when you walk in, but I don't know, maybe that's just me!

We cannot say enough good things about the care our Aussie recieved yesterday from Dr.West and all of the wonderful staffer's at Main Street. Our dog was bleeding into his stomach and they did Emergency Surgery (at what should have been New Year's Eve closing time) to remove his spleen. We know it saved his life. So very grateful.

The care and love provides is priceless. I drive all the way from Morris BC I trust the vets, techs, and kennel assistants. They are amazing at their job and honestly care for you and your furbabies! They took care of our lab when she had parvo and she made it! They did what they could for one of our small Chihuahuas and extended love and sympathy when she crossed rainbow bridge. They treat all of our dogs with such love and care. The vets really explain everything to you and never make you feel dumb. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I took my Basset Hound Tinkerbelle in yesterday because she either got multiple bee stings or bit by a snake. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and we loved Dr. Torsch! The price wasn't bad and when we went back for a follow up to get the IV out one of the sweet techs took her time to cut Tinks nails for us! Planning on making this our primary vet. So I have used Main Street many times in the past. I pick my three dogs up after 5 days of boarding this past Saturday. They were wet from urine and some feces. We had to let the windows down because our babies smelled so bad. We were called on Wednesday and was told that two of my dogs had loose stool and had them on some meds. So its been two days now and they have had stomach issues and vomiting. Today is the first day I could them to eat at all. Never in my life will i leave my dogs in the care of these people. We brought in our beautiful Bella, the Boxer, after she was in a dog fight. I honestly thought I was going to have to put her down with the shape she was in. However, Dr. Traywick worked his magic. In addition, he called us daily -to include the weekend- to give us an update on our baby. I cannot thank these folks enough! I would highly recommend them. We took Bella to Main Street because our vet was closed at the time we needed help the most. We are moving the care of our two Boxers from their current vet to Main Street because the care was so excellent!

I have used Main Street for 7 months and I have been very pleased. My puppy is overly excited to get inside and greet the staff as they come around with warm smiles and greet him. We recently got a new puppy and once they heard about it they were really excited and could not wait for us to bring her in so they could meet her. Not only is the front desk reception welcoming, Dr. Torch is a very loving and caring vet. We have lots of woods around our house and its eady for my puppies to get into something or bit so there have been times where I needed immediately assistance or questions answered and this animal clinic has never failed me.

5/12/2016 - We had the incredibly horrible decision to make as to whether or not to euthanized our adopted/rescued fur baby of 14 years of age, Duke. After he was mis-diagnosis by another vet...Duke fractured his right front leg and began to urinate blood. Dr. Trayvick examined and diagnosed Duke with the fractured leg which could not be fixed due to the deterioration of the bone. Duke also had a large tumor in his bladder which was causing the bleeding. Due to the severe nature of his condition, he was diagnosed with metastatic cancer. Months prior, Duke had a tumor removed by another vet from his anal opening. We were told that it was not cancer, but one starts to wonder with all he had going on. Long story short, we had to put Duke to sleep today due to his suffering, pain, failure to eat and drink only small amounts. He had lost weight and it was becoming very noticeable that he was extremely ill. Dr. Trayvick and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They placed us in an examination room and allowed us to stay with Duke until his last breath. Their kindness, love, and passion for our baby, Duke, was so prevalent. No one could ever take our losing Duke and make it easy situation, but Dr. Trayvick and his wonderful staff helped us to accept the need to assist Duke with his transition from this world to the next. Thank you Dr. Trayvick and your staff for everything. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. We love and miss you Duke!! Love and hugs, Kellie Schwendner

Five stars for being open on Sundays! A bit over a month ago, a ragged stray chihuahua/bulldog mix found us. The only animal clinic open was MainStreet. The doggie had to be bathed and vaccinated ASPA; he was infested with ticks. Trussville Mainstreet did their best on a Sunday, and they were swamped with emergencies too! The vet actually called us a day later and offered us a free follow-up and another flea/tick treatment. He wanted to make sure that the dog was checked thoroughly. We were very impressed. This dog's story ends well. We placed him in a home in Tennessee after we were unable to locate any owners or family. He's healthy and well loved.

This is my vet's clinic. We have been coming here since they opened. Our vet is Dr. Torsch and he's really great with all your fur babies. I also like that they are open Mon - Thurs. until 8p, Friday's till 6p, Saturday's until 4pm and Sunday's from 4- 6p. These hours are especially nice for when you get home and you have a sick pup. Most vet's close at 5p or 6p. The employee's there are as nice as can be and will treat your fur baby like one of their own.

We would never dream of taking our pets anywhere else. They have a great balance of young energetic vets and more mature experienced vets. If your fur-baby need surgery Dr Torsch is the BEST!

It's expensive here, but I'm assuming they're expensive everywhere. I wish there was insurance for dogs or something because it really breaks the bank especially when they get sick I need surgery.

However I do love this place, my father and I have been going here since the day they opened.
I don't think I'll ever leave.
I only wish It didn't smell like a kennel when you walk in, but I don't know, maybe that's just me!

We cannot say enough good things about the care our Aussie recieved yesterday from Dr.West and all of the wonderful staffer's at Main Street. Our dog was bleeding into his stomach and they did Emergency Surgery (at what should have been New Year's Eve closing time) to remove his spleen. We know it saved his life. So very grateful.

The care and love provides is priceless. I drive all the way from Morris BC I trust the vets, techs, and kennel assistants. They are amazing at their job and honestly care for you and your furbabies! They took care of our lab when she had parvo and she made it! They did what they could for one of our small Chihuahuas and extended love and sympathy when she crossed rainbow bridge. They treat all of our dogs with such love and care. The vets really explain everything to you and never make you feel dumb. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I took my Basset Hound Tinkerbelle in yesterday because she either got multiple bee stings or bit by a snake. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and we loved Dr. Torsch! The price wasn't bad and when we went back for a follow up to get the IV out one of the sweet techs took her time to cut Tinks nails for us! Planning on making this our primary vet. Thanks Dr. Torsch and everyone at Main Street!

I have used Main Street Clinic for a couple years now for my cat. They have provided the basic checkup services to dealing with her outdoor brawls she occasionally encounters. They are super quick (compared to other vets I have had) and can always seem to fit her in for those more urgent times. Very grateful for all the vets and vet techs who work here.

So I have used Main Street many times in the past. I pick my three dogs up after 5 days of boarding this past Saturday. They were wet from urine and some feces. We had to let the windows down because our babies smelled so bad. We were called on Wednesday and was told that two of my dogs had loose stool and had them on some meds. So its been two days now and they have had stomach issues and vomiting. Today is the first day I could them to eat at all. Never in my life will i leave my dogs in the care of these people. Its been awful. I

We brought in our beautiful Bella, the Boxer, after she was in a dog fight. I honestly thought I was going to have to put her down with the shape she was in. However, Dr. Traywick worked his magic. In addition, he called us daily -to include the weekend- to give us an update on our baby. I cannot thank these folks enough! I would highly recommend them. We took Bella to Main Street because our vet was closed at the time we needed help the most. We are moving the care of our two Boxers from their current vet to Main Street because the care was so excellent!

I have used Main Street for 7 months and I have been very pleased. My puppy is overly excited to get inside and greet the staff as they come around with warm smiles and greet him. We recently got a new puppy and once they heard about it they were really excited and could not wait for us to bring her in so they could meet her. Not only is the front desk reception welcoming, Dr. Torch is a very loving and caring vet. We have lots of woods around our house and its eady for my puppies to get into something or bit so there have been times where I needed immediately assistance or questions answered and this animal clinic has never failed me.

5/12/2016 - We had the incredibly horrible decision to make as to whether or not to euthanized our adopted/rescued fur baby of 14 years of age, Duke. After he was mis-diagnosis by another vet...Duke fractured his right front leg and began to urinate blood. Dr. Trayvick examined and diagnosed Duke with the fractured leg which could not be fixed due to the deterioration of the bone. Duke also had a large tumor in his bladder which was causing the bleeding. Due to the severe nature of his condition, he was diagnosed with metastatic cancer. Months prior, Duke had a tumor removed by another vet from his anal opening. We were told that it was not cancer, but one starts to wonder with all he had going on. Long story short, we had to put Duke to sleep today due to his suffering, pain, failure to eat and drink only small amounts. He had lost weight and it was becoming very noticeable that he was extremely ill. Dr. Trayvick and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They placed us in an examination room and allowed us to stay with Duke until his last breath. Their kindness, love, and passion for our baby, Duke, was so prevalent. No one could ever take our losing Duke and make it easy situation, but Dr. Trayvick and his wonderful staff helped us to accept the need to assist Duke with his transition from this world to the next. Thank you Dr. Trayvick and your staff for everything. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. We love and miss you Duke!! Love and hugs, Kellie Schwendner

Five stars for being open on Sundays! A bit over a month ago, a ragged stray chihuahua/bulldog mix found us. The only animal clinic open was MainStreet. The doggie had to be bathed and vaccinated ASPA; he was infested with ticks. Trussville Mainstreet did their best on a Sunday, and they were swamped with emergencies too! The vet actually called us a day later and offered us a free follow-up and another flea/tick treatment. He wanted to make sure that the dog was checked thoroughly. We were very impressed. This dog's story ends well. We placed him in a home in Tennessee after we were unable to locate any owners or family. He's healthy and well loved.
