Every time I have come to the clinic, everyone is helpful and nice. I want to especially recognize the person that worked the front desk on our last visit (sorry I don't remember her name) was extremely busy, but she kept her calm and was able to give attention to each of us with pleasantries and efficiency. Awesome job!

We are so happy that we switched to Valleydale Animal Clinic. The care is wonderful and the Vets have always followed up with us to let us know how labs have turned out and discussed what the various options are for our senior dog. It gives us confidence that we will keep our beloved buddy for as long as possible. Can't recommend the Drs and staff enough!!

The people here took amazing care of my 15 year old dog and walked her through the last phases of her life with dignity and as little pain as possible. When it was time for her to leave this world they came to my house and ensured that she was safe and comfortable while giving me the grieving time I needed. They mourned the loss with me. In the months since I have adopted a new baby girl and this is the only place I would ever take her.

This is the best place to take your animals for care. I have been using Valleydale for too long to remember but I would guesstimate about 15 years. They have carried me through an entire lifetime of my golden retriever. And at the end of her life and 3 cats, they are the best people to have at your side! They are the most understanding, loving, caring people to have with you during your time of loss. They mourn along side you as they have known your baby too those years. Jeff Falone has been there with me through the times of decision making on all of my animals and I could not ask for anyone better. He not only has the knowledge base but the "caring base" also and has been a great help and comfort to me each time a decision had to be made for the betterment of my animals. A great caring person for animals and people!! They continue to care for the "9 lives" of my 13 yr old, 3 legged mutt, my rambunctious, yr. and a half yr. old female white lab. and my middle aged 2 stray cats that nave outlasted all the other cats that have come and gone at my house and through the care of this great clinic and fantastic group of people who care and love my animals as I do! I wouldn't trust them to anyone else! I love you each and everyone!!! Thank you, Valleydale Animal Clinic for your five star, above excellent care of ALL animals and their owners!

Unfortunately I'm having to change my review from a glowing 5 stars after 4 years of loving this place. They used to be worth the over hour drive. Now, the service is slow, they can't keep a groomer, the new one is a dingbat, and the office staff acts like they can't keep it together. They used to be #1, but I'm not sure I can go back unless they can get some people in that can handle a busy environment and not tell me 3 different things, and read off of the wrong chart after telling them my info twice. I'm not sure why it used to take 3 hours to get my pup groomed, and now it takes 6 even after a cancellation.

Dr Jeff is amazing with my animals and always listens to my tales of their issues. I credit him with providing quality of life to my 11 yr old dog with arthritis and he recognized and treated thyroid issues in my 9 yr old dog. The online pharmacy is AWESOME, especially since I live in St. Louis, MO and travel all the way to Birmingham just to take my dogs to Valleydale!! The staff at Valleydale is always there with a smile and friendly caring attitude. They make every patient feel special!!

Unfortunately I'm having to change my review from a glowing 5 stars after 4 years of loving this place. They used to be worth the over hour drive. Now, the service is slow, they can't keep a groomer, the new one is a dingbat, and the office staff acts like they can't keep it together. They used to be #1, but I'm not sure I can go back unless they can get some people in that can handle a busy environment and not tell me 3 different things, and read off of the wrong chart after telling them my info twice. I'm not sure why it used to take 3 hours to get my pup groomed, and now it takes 6 even after a cancellation.

Valleydale Animal Clinic is a great place. I cannot say enough good things about them. The staff are kind and courteous. They are always helpful and great with our dog. The vets are knowledgeable and professional. They are also an AAHA certified clinic so you know they are meeting a high standard excellence. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Jeff is amazing with my animals and always listens to my tales of their issues. I credit him with providing quality of life to my 11 yr old dog with arthritis and he recognized and treated thyroid issues in my 9 yr old dog. The online pharmacy is AWESOME, especially since I live in St. Louis, MO and travel all the way to Birmingham just to take my dogs to Valleydale!! The staff at Valleydale is always there with a smile and friendly caring attitude. They make every patient feel special!!
