The service last year was horrible. And i was to the point of leaving after being there for 10+ years, but today renewed my faith in them. They have a new vet Dr Shannon, and her tech Rachel! I did not previously use Linderman, but after my experience this weekend, I think I have changed my mind. My lab mix had a hematoma in her ear. I took her to my regular vet, he admitted her and took care of it. I picker her up the next day and her head was completely bandaged and wrapped up. I couldn't even see her ear. I thought that was strange, but I am not a vet and he assured me that he had treated the original ear infection and she was fine and to bring her back in two weeks. One week later (Friday night) I got home very late and she'd clawed at her bandage and her ear was exposed. I wrapped it the best I could. She was warm to the touch, was panting heavily, and wasn't acting well. I called my vet Saturday but he was out of town. My parents use Linderman so I took her there. They immediately saw her. Her ear was so infected and she was so agitated that she had to be sedated. Her ear should have never been bandaged the way it was. It was breeding an infection. They gave her several shots and sent her home with medication. Three days later, she is much better. Dr. Johns and his entire staff were great and explained everything thoroughly. They have worked in multiple dirty mangy last minute rescue dogs for our rescue organization and most recently worked in our girl Gracie for some sutures at approximately 1 minute prior to closing. I have used this veterinarian for years and I'm pleased with the staff and the doctors.  Dr Linderman was #1.  Friendly and great bedside manner.  Dr. Johns is relentless in trying to find what is wrong with your pet, 11 year old bull dog with a UTI and trying to find best antibiotic. Dr Mann,  is compassionate in a hard time.  9 year old bulldog with bone cancer, he gave encouraging options with no judgement and when I made the decision none of us want to make he supported me.  I would say best vet in Huntsville. My parents have used linderman for a long time. They've always had a good experience. When i moved out, i couldn't quite afford them so i tried other cheaper vets. But, for the past few years i have used lindermans and am more than pleased. The quality of vet care exceeds the quality of the other vets i tried. It is well worth the money. I have 3 small dogs so vet costs are something i know all too well. Even when it's hard to afford, it is always worth it because i know my pets got the best care. Linderman has taught me things i didn't know about small dogs. I grew up with 3 big boxers so small dogs were new to me. I can't praise this place enough. They'll continue to get my business. We love it here! We have been taking our lab to see Dr. Mann for 2 years now. He was so helpful when my dog could not get his ear infections cleared up by another vet and took extra care to find out what was causing them! I love that they do not push products on you, they suggest what they feel is helpful/necessary but don't badger you. I have been very impressed that each time I have had a question that a tech or front office could not answer, Dr. Mann has called us back himself. The office staff is always so friendly and are always so helpful if I call with a quick question! My whole family takes their 4 pets here now as well. We fully trust Dr. Mann and his staff! I have been bringing my dog and my cat to Dr. Linderman for nearly two years, and he is the BEST and KINDEST veterinarian I have ever used!  I have lived in many towns and used numerous vets, but Dr. Linderman is  by far the best I have been to.He is thorough and does not rush through your pet's visit.  He is knowledgeable and your pet will receive the best care possible.  All of the workers there are kind, helpful and friendly.  Each and every one of them love what they are doing, and they show genuine concern for your pet!I could go on and on about Dr. Linderman and his staff, but suffice it to say, "there is none better!"
