Personnel likes their job, and that makes a difference. My pet enjoys going here for boarding. Good service overall and caring people who love dealing with pets.

I dropped my 2 dogs off for a bath today and was happy to see such friendly staff and front desk! When I picked them up from the bath I was really disappointed because they were still wet, still smell...
I dropped my 2 dogs off for a bath today and was happy to see such friendly staff and front desk! When I picked them up from the bath I was really disappointed because they were still wet, still smelly, and I could still see their undercoat like they weren't really bathed. It seemed like they were just sprayed off really quickly, so I'll still have to bathe them again when I get home and be out the money I spent.
