Dr. Moulin and his staff have been caring for my pets for as long as I can remember. I am now 37 years old and I can remember him caring for my pet toy poodle when I was 10 years old. I have even seen him crawl into the back of a truck with a muzzled huge dog to give it a shot as the dog did not like people. Dr. Moulin is the BEST!! I have a terrier that had a spinal cord injury. A different vet in our area, wanted to "put him down" after several days of keeping him locked in a cage. I took him to Dr. Moulin, who refused to give up on our little friend, gave new meds, and advised me how to do therapy. Needless to say, 4 weeks later, he could walk and run as he did prior to the injury!! I am thankful for a caring doctor, in our area, that genuinely cares for our pets, and isn't about the $$ over the time to heal!!! Dr. Kevin Moulin is great in our book. We had been taking our 4 year old cat to another vet for four months for the same problem. That vet continued to give the cat the same antibiotic. The other vet suggested putting our cat down. Finally, I took our cat to Dr. Moulin. He did a urine culture and determined that the previously prescribed antibiotic was of no use to the bacterial infection. He prescribed the correct antibiotic and the cat got well in less than 7 days. Our cat lived an additional 8 years. This won us over. Dr. Moulin is knowledgeable of current treatments. He runs appropriate tests to determine the type of treatment needed. He is very kind and also explains the pet's problem and the type of treatment needed. I realized that our previous vet was mostly interested in giving rabies shots. Dr. Moulin takes care of the pet owner's needs also. We have had two cats and one dog that lived to a very old age due to great treatment by Dr. Moulin and his staff. When these three pets became so ill that they were suffering, Dr. Moulin promised he would tell us when the pet was experiencing pain. We agreed it was time to put them down to keep them from the suffering. Dr. Moulin arranges a private time for the owner and the pet to be together. I choose to be with my pet during this procedure. Dr. Moulin was very kind to the animal. I was allowed to stroke my pet and talk to the pet until they were gone. I was able to see that the procedure caused them no pain and that they appeared to just fall asleep. Dr. Moulin allowed me to spend as much time as I wanted with my pet's body. I was able to experience closure and this made me realize that I had made the right decision. I have more that 15 years of experience with Childersburg Pet Clinic and Dr. Moulin. I have many examples of Dr. Moulin treating our pets using new medications and techniques. I look forward to many more years of my pets being patients at his excellent office/hospital. Read Less

I have taken Dr. Moulin two mostly untrained animals which not only didn't faze him but, they seemed just as comfortable with him as with me. He saw my adopted Great Dane that had never been to a vet, which drug the poor guy around the room while he was trying to check a sore on her foot-but she never barked or fussed (and neither did he!) She is always on high alert with strangers-especially with men but she even let him take blood without a problem. Most recently, my antisocial cat suddenly swelled to the size of a basketball and needed a major (almost experimental) tumor surgery .. He explained the risks/odds and did the surgery the same day which I believe saved my cat's life! Read Less
