I took my 4 month old kitten Gracie to be spayed and get her vaccinations and boarded her for a week. They were supposed to call me after her procedure they didn't call so I called them to check on her they said she did well. On Friday when I called to tell them I was on my way to pick her up that's when the young lady told me that she had a couple raw spots on her face from rubbing her face on the cage needless to say when I got there and saw her I was very upset it looked very bad I asked if I needed to put medicine on it the vet told me no that they had put cream on it that it would be fine. She also had a bump the size of my knuckle in between her eyes. Well 3 days later it got progressively worse so I contacted them and I asked them what should I do she said bring her in for a checkup. I asked if there was a charge she said yes 50.00 I said I didn't feel that I should be charged since this happened to my baby on their watch so she said let me ask the vet she came back said no charge I then told her i didn't appreciate the way my kitten was treated that I was going to take her else where. Her response was oh ok. Today I took Gracie to another vet and they said it's a bacterial infection and gave her antibiotics for a week then want to see her again in a week. I will post this to their FB page as well with a picture of my sweet Gracie

This small vet clinic off 98 in Daphne, is dedicated to giving the best services for animals for the best cost. Dana, the receptionist and tech helper, is so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Hardyman and Dana recently helped me through a difficult decision about my best friend of 12 years. Though I am still grieving the loss, I will be forever grateful for the help we received at Daphne Animal Hospital. There could not be a more compassionate animal clinic.
