Wonderful staff, kind and caring. Excellent vets genuinely love small pets and handle each so gently and talk to them. My fur babies are not afraid to see Dr. True or Dr. Bryant.

I took my dog, Waylan, here and was referred to Dr. Berschneider who Waylan loved immensely. She worked on his back alignment as well as acupuncture. She soon diagnosed him with a torn ACL and he went on to have surgery. She found the cause of his pain by listening to him when several other doctor offices wrote it off as minor unrelated issues. I have been to 3 different vets and this is the only one that took his discomfort seriously and found the cause of the problem.

I have taken 3 pets here in the past, however after yesterday, my family will be seeking care from someone else. My dog was shaved after I asked him NOT to be cut down short. The younger lady groomer called and said IT WAS NECESSARY BECAUSE OF HIS MATS...funny thing he has gotten mats before and never was it the only option. People own poodles everywhere that don't have to be completely shaved down! It is in the middle of winter and my dog may weigh 5 lbs now without his hair..absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! and to top it off, my tiny dog has multiple cuts all over him, which NO ONE called to even speak to me about. My dog is very timid, and hardly barks at all..to know my dog was obviously forcefully held down and shaven hard with clippers makes me irate. He has raw skin on multiple areas. I would never recommend your office to anyone. I will gladly tell everyone I know in Priceville the same thing, and show them the pics of the injuries your groomer caused my pet.

Dr. True, it was formerly Dr. Monroe, is the best veterinarian in the Southeast. I brought my kittens all the way from Illinois to have her do their surgery. She is a first class veterinarian and an excellent veterinary surgeon. The clinic is beautiful I'm totally comfortable with my furbabies being here for medical care.I can't recommend Dr. True or Family pet Health Center highly enough.

Dr. True is the best. We've taken our pets there for years. She's taken good care of them and has always shown empathy and compassion when one would pass. She even made a house call once when we had to put our Ringo down a few years ago. Definitely five stars!

Lucy had hot spots, (1st known to us), but we have been educated and has Lucy on the road to recovery, a HUGE thanks to Dr Bryant & staff, they were awesome! :) When they get on the floor with your pet to treat her due to her condition, so that they could eliminate as much discomfort, that says A LOT! Lucy & her parents have found her Dr!

This clinic provided such compassionate, professional care for my cat and for me, when my beloved Hobo became terminally ill. They take wonderful care of my current cats, both of whom were rescues. Dr. True has provided care for my pets for more than a decade and I couldn't ask for a more caring veterinarian or staff to entrust with my fur babies.

This is the best place to have your furbabies! I have been coming to FPHC since 2001. They are like family and take care of my furbabies with love and care. They were there for me when my SWEET Baby border collie passed and my cat Sassy. I couldn't imagine ever using anyone else!!

I love these people here. They treat my Cocker Spaniel Shadow with love and compassion. They treat him as if he was a member of their family. Teresa the groomer is super good. I cannot say enough good things about her. The same goes for Dr. True, her concern for Shadow is amazing. The rest of the staff are amazing also. If you want a great vet and groomer for you pet I would take him here. Their place is spic and span clean and everything is in order and flows perfect.

I have used FPHC services for over 9 years for two large breed dogs and now a small dog. I have always found the staff and doctors at FPHC professional, competent, concerned and caring about all creatures large and small. Their credentials are second to none. This is a private business, not a chain, nor an online store doing over $1B in volume ( Amazon is larger than Walmart by the way ). These Dr's and staff invest their time and considerable capital in this outstanding business, and don't deserve below average "hack" reviews deriding all the staff with one wide sweep of the pen. You are truly below average at best in my humble opinion.

FPHC is a fantastic place. I have been going there for over 10 years. I see another reviewer complained about drug prices. All vets charge more than for meds than you can buy them for online. That's just a fact of life. FPHC isn't doing anything that every other vet around does. If you want cheap meds, without a guarantee that you are getting the "real" thing, then buy online. The front staff is kind, courteous, and always helpful. They are a great group of folks. I have recommended FPHC to many friends over the years and will continue to do so! Thanks, Dr. True! You are great!

Vets are average at best. Charged $89 for a bottle of glycoflex. Same product on Amazon costs $30 with free shipping. Front office staff is horrible. Ordered mid year heart worm meds from Dr. Foster and Smith. Vet refused to release prescription and demanded that we come in and buy meds from them. Lots of vets out there....recommend you shop around.

I took my dog, Waylan, here and was referred to Dr. Berschneider who Waylan loved immensely. She worked on his back alignment as well as acupuncture. She soon diagnosed him with a torn ACL and he went on to have surgery. She found the cause of his pain by listening to him when several other doctor offices wrote it off as minor unrelated issues. I have been to 3 different vets and this is the only one that took his discomfort seriously and found the cause of the problem.

I have taken 3 pets here in the past, however after yesterday, my family will be seeking care from someone else. My dog was shaved after I asked him NOT to be cut down short. I love these people here. They treat my Cocker Spaniel Shadow with love and compassion. They treat him as if he was a member of their family. Teresa the groomer is super good. I cannot say enough good things about her. The same goes for Dr. True, her concern for Shadow is amazing. The rest of the staff are amazing also. If you want a great vet and groomer for you pet I would take him here. Their place is spic and span clean and everything is in order and flows perfect.

I have always found the staff and doctors at FPHC professional, competent, concerned and caring about all creatures large and small. Their credentials are second to none. This is a private business, not a chain, nor an online store doing over $1B in volume ( Amazon is larger than Walmart by the way ). FPHC is a fantastic place. I have been going there for over 10 years. I see another reviewer complained about drug prices. All vets charge more than for meds than you can buy them for online. That's just a fact of life. FPHC isn't doing anything that every other vet around does. If you want cheap meds, without a guarantee that you are getting the "real" thing, then buy online.
