We have used Dr Osborne for many years through several dogs. He and his office staff are friendly and professional. He spends time answering questions and explaining things. Dr. Osborne is a bit more expensive but considering that he is a walk in clinic and takes the time to work with me over the phone, I don't fault him for that. I am a breeder and he does give litter discounts. I love most of the people there. I think they could be a bit more thorough with paperwork but overall. I have changed from Beltline Animal Clinic over to him. He has agreed to take a specific certification test in order to Penn Hip my dogs for me.Read Less

Prices are higher than most. When I first took my dog there they seemed to know what they were doing, even though Dr. Osborne was kind of stand offish. I brought my dog back to check out a large growth on her chest. Dr. Osborne said that it was cancer and she'd have to have it removed immediately and quoted a very large number for the procedure. I got a second opinion and was told that the growth was common among yorkies and that she would need to have it removed, but it wasn't life threatening like I'd been led to believe. I don't recommend Osborne simply because it seemed like they were trying to scare me into giving them money. Read Less

What can I say good about Dr Osborne? Well, you can walk right in without an appointment, but then you should make the decision to walk right back out. I took my eleven year old German Shepard in because she would yelp when trying to eat, she would bury herself against me shivering and was bleeding from the mouth. I made an appointment with my regular vet (Family Pet Healthcare) but it wasn't until the following day so I took her to Osborne hoping to resolve it sooner. His staff were friendly and polite, but he came into the exam room looking at charts of completely different animals, he seemed completely disinterested in the issue. He took two minutes looking at my dog and said he would prescribe pain killers and antibiotics, but when asked what was wrong his reply was "I don't know". An exam and the two prescriptions cost $200 so he's definitely not the cheapest either. I kept my appointment with my vet the next day who diagnosed the problem after actually LOOKING at my dog after fifteen seconds. Read Less

I went into this clinic because it was the only one open during lunch hours and we were afraid my cat had a blockage which is deadly. We rushed in and immediately you get a whiff of the dirty smell or the place, as well as the lady behind the counter being slow and unprofessional. They had a little cage with kittens on display, they had hardly any food and for 6 kittens, they had no water. I mentioned it, but it was disregarded. Once we got back we had a tech with tattoos, I don't know his name in just know he had them. He seemed to be pissed off and rude. When they tried to take my cats rectal temp he was pulling on his back legs, body and bending his tail clearly making him more scared. He was unable to take the temperature alone so he proceeded to take my cat out of the room to another tech. When he came back in the room you could tell how obvious his distress was as well as my cats. With out any testing or urine sample from him, the doctor came in spoke to me as if I was ignorant to my own pet an knew nothing about anything.  He stood in the door way never touching my pet and was brief and rude. He said what he was giving him and I refused, I had had the same medication at home for him. And I paid 50$ for the entire staff to be rude to me, my girlfriend and my cat, and just  to take a temperature. Needless to say I will never stray from my original vet Dr. Parker at Animal Tracks.
